Very Cool Condo

Me, my wife, and our 14-year-old son loved our stay at this very cool condo. The unit had everything needed to enjoy our stay and offered open living as well as privacy. It was also very stylish and comfortable, and it exceeded our expectations. The unit also has garage parking and beach supplies. The location between Old San Juan and Condado was very convenient, both walkable or a quick Uber ride away. There is also a great beach nearby. The hosts were very responsive and helpful with tips and check-in/out instructions. I highly recommend booking this unit if you are planning a visit to San Juan.

Great option for exploring San Juan

This is in a good central location for exploring San Juan. Unit was very clean. Things that prevented a 5 star review were: they could use more beach towels (there were only 2) and the current exterioir construction is quite loud (but does not start until 8am).

Good Stay, property could use improvements

Overall, we had a nice stay in Puerto Rico. The building was having maintenance done and as such, entry/exit of the building was challenging at times. This was especially true for accessing garage, closed most of the day and needed to use back/alley entrance/exit. The hosts were very nice and very helpful in suggesting eating establishments as well as grocery and near by activities, so 5 star hosts. Unfortunately the unit was not ready at our check in time of 4pm and we had to "waste" time and headed to the grocery. Having not seen the unit, we didn't know what we might need and as such, was not an efficient experience. AND having to go get key, then park, then take our groceries/luggage up, was an overall pain with the construction etc.In all honesty we found the unit quite cluttered with just "stuff". Too many fake plants, too many side table or accent tables/decoration that honestly obscured the views as well as impeded walking through the various rooms. The pictures of the unit had less "stuff" and we would have preferred. And I understand this is an 8th floor unit and has hurricane windows; however, the outside of the windows were quite dirty and simply obscured the views (looked like it was always raining bc of water/dirt spots). However, the unit has great views.Some of the fixtures in bathrooms were loose, towel racks, shower handles, sink drains etc. Furthermore, while the kitchen was adequate, some additional basic items like larger Colander would b nice.

Nice but Not for Us

Myself (38) and my older parents (65) are likely not the best demographic for this lodging. We found some of the technology challenging (had to trouble shoot the smart TV and never got the washing machine to work - smart machine which locked out bc cell phone connection). On the last day, the AC in the main bedroom stopped blowing cold air. We would have preferred additional towels (2/bathroom), blankets (no extras) and any supplies for the beach (no coolers, chairs, ect). It is a great location. I enjoyed using the gym, and we appreciated the off the street parking. There was ongoing construction of the condo building which made check in a little difficult, but that is no ones fault.

Awesome condo!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The beds are comfy and the views are spectacular. Walking distance to old San Juan and a close urban beach as well. We did have a rental car to get to the rainforest. Would stay here again for sure! Thanks!

Perfection 10/10

Wow. What can I say? This property is absolutely breathtaking. Lauren and Mike are the most perfect host. The house is stocked with everything you could imagine. It’s spacious, it’s beautiful and it’s close to everything you could think of. Waking up every morning to those beautiful sunsets from each window was like a dream come true. Communication with Lauren and Mike was top Tier. They offered many recommendations on what to do in the area and checked in to make sure we settled in nicely. This my definitely my new go to spot when I visit PR. I wish I could pack this place up, put it in my pocket and bring it back to chicago haha. Thank you Lauren and Mike for your hospitality and for the effort you both put into making a home a way from home. This place is everything and more.

Wonderful Vacation

The condo was a wonderful place to stay while in San Juan. It is an ideal location for things to do in San Juan. The property managers were very kind and receptive to our needs. They responded back quickly to our concerns. If I go back to San Juan, I would stay there in the future.

Plentiful Views and so much more

The condo was a great base for our family vacation. The space was just right for our family. We enjoyed using the kitchen for breakfast and then heading out to explore San Juan and the rest of Puerto Rico. Escambron Beach is very close and an easy walk. We enjoyed several outings there. The snorkeling was great along the rocks. We walked to Old San Juan one day and it was nice to see the monuments along the way. This condo provided easy access to highways to explore the rest of the island. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful stay

The condo was very beautiful as the pictures are showing. The proximately to a beach was a plus. We really had a fun vacation. The beds were so comfortable and decoration of the condo was very chic. It would be nice if there were some coffee and tea available. The only downside for us was that the noise from AC in master bedroom was very loud.

The Perfect Rental

This place was absolutely breathtaking! If given the chance, I would highly recommend booking your stay here. The ambiance of this place is like something you'd see in a movie. It's just that awesome! It's a smart home, new like appliances, cold, cold A/C, plenty of space. Everything worked as stated and the communication between us, Lauren, and Mike was the icing on the cake. Five minute walk to the beach, close to plenty of food options and entertainment. It's just what you would hope for when booking a stay. Thank you guys again for opening your delightful home to our family. 5 Stars!!!

Wonderful sisters getaway

My two sisters and I had such a wonderful time! Mike and Jennifer were excellent hosts- they were very communicative, offered great suggestions. Building is quiet and safe (no loud parties or random people in and out). The condo is gorgeous- giant windows with full views of the water for gorgeous sunrises and lots of natural light. The beds and couch were extremely comfortable. The swinging chair in front of the windows was a favorite zen spot! Everything in the condo was as advertised- all appliances worked, kitchen had plenty of dishes and plates, coffee filters, etc. After a short walk to the local wine shop (shout out to Patrick for advice) and a quick trip to super max we were all set. We went in late August when it was hot and humid but the ocean breezes kept us cool. Unfortunately some (but not all) of the neighborhood restaurants closed— google maps is more accurate than Apple. We did walk to old San Juan (OSJ) the first day (stopped for brunch halfway!) and the whole walk is a leisurely 20 mins. There are scooters for rent or an Uber to OSJ is only about $4–5 as well. Walking distance to the beach for snorkeling in clear water and reading under palm trees was great. Explored the architecture, forts in OSJ and local restaurants and bars. Quiet wine nights back at the condo to wind down. In all a wonderful trip and highly recommend this condo!

Perfect in Puerto Rico

Book it! This is the place to stay if you're looking for walking distance to the beach, 2 minute walk to the greatest hamburger joint on the island, "El Hamburger" and 5 minute walk to about 4 different other places to eat - LOOK NO FURTHER. SAFE, SECURE, BEAUTIFUL. Hosts responsive, apartment beautiful, easy to find, centrally located.

Amazing views!

The property was easy to fine. The staff was friendly at the condo, and the apartment was exactly as described. The owners are very responsive and they where able to help us with a later checkout after our flight got pushed back. The location made it easy to navigate the island in a timely manner. Will be booking again when we return.

Awesome family vacation

This apartment was PERFECT for a family vacation with two small kids. It’s super spacious and the views are amazing. , which helped when one of us parents were trapped inside during nap time. My kids loved the trundle bed and the swings. It has EVERYTHING you could need. We especially appreciated the washer/dryer (and two complimentary pods!). Location cannot be beat- it’s so close to the beach, old San Juan. We had no issues regarding noise from the street. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Lauren was very responsive and communication was great overall.

This place was awesome and so were the owners

From the time you walk in, you want to have your camera on or video recorder on it looks just like the pictures online - a sight to see. The set up is amazing. The communication provided by the owners is spot on. The ocean view whether from standing near the window or relaxing in the swing is breathtaking. My entire family enjoyed this home.
