Récemment rénové avec un nouveau meublé 2 chambres / 1 salle de bain appartement. TrÚs spacieux avec salon et la salle familiale. La cuisine est équipée avec la nouvelle cuisiniÚre, réfrigérateur et micro-ondes. L'appartement dispose d'un balcon et d'un parking réservé. A / C unité sont dans les chambres. Vous ne pouvez pas obtenir un meilleur emplacement, à distance de marche de la zone Condado (Casino de, plages, musées, parcs, Cruise Port, Ferry, Train, Bus, Centre de congrÚs et de la Laguna, ainsi que le vieux San Juan et Isla Verde). 7 miles de l'aéroport international Luis Munoz Marin et 3 miles de Plaza Las Americas, le plus grand centre commercial dans les Caraïbes et le deuxiÚme plus grand en Amérique latine.

When we arrived there was absolutely no power to this apartment, despite their being power on the entire entirety of the rest of the street as well as the entire neighborhood. The owner insisted it was temporary and the power would return so we went to a friend’s house for the night and slept on the floor in an attempt to give this property a second chance, but when we returned the next day and then night time there was still no power. We asked the property owner to refund us and he told us it wasn’t his problem. I had to involve my Credit credit card company to get refunded. Don’t stay here. additionally, this was not even the location that was advertised with the view of the lagoon.

Sam was AMAZING. We ended up being delayed and got in really late. He stayed up so he could help us get into the unit, and kept checking on us throughout the stay to make sure everything was okay. My husband surprised us and ended up coming down, and Sam was more than understanding and welcoming.

There was a power outage ( no fault of anyone) I let the owner know. The generator for the large condo next door came on - our apartment quickly became full of fumes activating our co2 alarm - I messaged the owner again - nothing - however later he sent a trump immigrant you tube clip- not sure the relevance of this to our situation- we had to go to a hotel for the night due to the situation- still no response from the owner - future bookers takes co2 monitor

This place was advertised as having “air conditioning” There was only air conditioning in the bedrooms. And there was a janky fan set up for the third bed. We were placed on the third floor. When I contacted the owner, he said we don’t do air conditioners in PR. As well, when I started what they advertised regarding air conditioning, he sent me info on the SECOND floor, but we were placed on the THIRD floor. Needless to say, we didn’t stay and had to spend more money for proper accommodations.

False Advertising

Hot and stuffy, only air in the rooms, had a mildew smell, old furniture, no good wifi had to use hotspot, tv remote buttons broke, rust in the freezer, fridge had a leak inside there was a bowl placed for it, wiring hangin from the ceiling where there was an extra bed, toilet tank broke with a wash cloth to cover it, key pad to the gate was rusted and broke, he said the last person that stayed there broke it which was a lie because of the lock condition looks to have been broke for yrs. Had to call and he told us the key was behind a garbage can. He has a nice air bnb that’s not advertised on the first floor he said you have to call him to get that one. However he did give us a free tour around old San Juan but that didn’t make up for the stay. He’s a nice person tho just not a good place to enjoy if you wanted to lounge around.

Great location

We lucked out, Mr. Sam's apartment was perfect for our stay. There are air conditioners in each bedroom, which was great, but opening up the apartment durning the evening let the breeze flow through and it was comfortable. This location is perfect, i felt like it was centerlly located to get around easily.

First Family Vacation

It was a wonderful stay in San Juan Puerto Rico. The property manager was very attentive and fixed the Internet when it wasn't working. We didn't have the view that we were expecting but we weren't at the property enough during the entire trip for it to really matter. We were in walking distance to the night life and beaches and all the activities we had planned. It was a wonderful vacation!

No non stick pans, no spatula, very sparse if you are cooking,step up to bathroom tripped me a few times, lights controlled by remotes ere a pain , 3 door locks to get in. Noisie outside bedroom window something metal clinks, construction people out their messing around all hours of day and night, close to food and condato park pavilion about 265 min slow walk.

Easy and convenient

Stan was great giving check in and check out instructions. The apartment was clean and has AC in the two bedrooms which was really nice. The apartment is on a side street from the main strip and was littered with trash along the sidewalks. Overall, it was exactly what we were looking for when staying in San Juan for a couple days before going on a family cruise. Would stay here again.

Good place

Easy in, easy out. Clean. Good area. Easy walk to food and other stuff. Hosts are attentive and helpful, and very nice. Wifi is weak and barely works, no US tv, bathroom is small, and nothing but light sheets and pillows on beds. AC in bedrooms was great. Location is very good. And host will work with you for early or late check out. Thank you! We will be back!!

Unbelievable.

Bad communication from the start. I 6 missed calls while at work from an unknown number. No voice mail no text. The day before check in I message the host through the app, Nothing. Cool so I contact Vrbo. I get a new phone number to call/text. So I text asking for checkin instructions. It’s some sort of PM that tells me to call someone from a different # weird. They then tell me the property owner has been trying to get in contact with me. So the barrage of missed calls was them. But why not leave a message, text, email or message through the app like normal listings? The VRBO building is a Projects building between luxury towers. The windows were a giveaway, no glass windows. The shutters couldn’t close properly, and there was no glass window to block out noise, especially since it was raining and half a block away from the highway. The loud drip from the roof/gutters onto a metal can kept us awake the first night. Stray cats fighting outside our window also prevented us from sleeping. Communication with the host was poor, with no response to my text about being out of toilet paper. But how creepy is it when the power’s out, and you walk back to your place to find magically toilet paper in the bathrooms?. We could’ve been inside, and they’d’ve just walked in. The one paper-thin bed sheet and the horrible living room with a cigarette burn in the best couch make it hard to consider this place.

Creepy, and unwelcoming, out dated!!

This property was an old outdated bodega. Furniture, filthy, doors, falling off hinges, dead insects under appliances, construction materials, blocking pathways, and accommodations. Very cramped rooms, was told this is what I paid for! argument, no, it’s not!!! We rejected this location and found better accommodation

2 bedroom condo

Cute little 2 bedroom condo. Noise is a bit loud from traffic, but it was elections so traffic was more then normal. For the price it was a good fit clean, walking distance from a lot of restaurants, attractions, and a Walmart close by. I would recommend this.

Where do I start, no glass in the windows, every sound outside sounded like it was in the room with us there were air conditioner units in the bedrooms so the rest of the house could not be cooled due to air going out the windows and the large gaps in the door. The lid for the toilet was broken, tiles were broken, the bath tub was stained, we overall felt unsafe, it was just uninhabitable. We left the first day and the host has refused to refund my money. Do not book this property!

Mr Sam reached out prior to arrival with detailed instructions on entering the property which I appreciated. Apartment was very clean and each room had an AC unit. Kitchen was supplied with all necessities. Mr Sam even gave recommendations on good restaurants in the area. There was a food truck park and local shops in the area that was walking distance. Uber was easy to catch. I would recommend and also stay again.
