Our modern condo is located in a beachfront building in the heart of Isla Verde, one of San Juan’s most vibrant and desirable neighborhoods. Its prime location places you steps from the beach, restaurants, and nightlife—yet close enough to the airport and Old San Juan for easy exploring.

Because the building sits in the center of the lively Isla Verde Strip, you may occasionally hear city or music sounds, especially on weekends or holidays. Each bedroom includes new sound-insulated windows, white-noise machines, ceiling fans, and central air conditioning to ensure restful nights. Most guests love being near the action, but if you are highly sensitive to noise, this may not be the best fit.

The condo is on a high floor within a secure, modern high-rise featuring elevators, 24-hour security, and controlled access. Balcony doors and windows comply with strict building safety codes and do not include exterior guards, but all glass is hurricane-rated for added protection.

We looked at a lot of places for our trip to PR. When I found this one, I knew it was it! This building is in an ideal location as it is right on the beach. It also has a pool and very nice surroundings. Security is top notch here. Only registered guests and residents can get in. We felt very safe in this building and the area. It is also super close to the expressway so we had easy access to anything. There is a supermarket nearby. We rented a car, and this condo offers covered, secure parking. Communication with the hosts was awesome. They left a nice bottle of wine and also replenished the coffee and left us chocolates. The condo is super clean. Felt like home. The view is great. It could get a little loud at night, but we actually enjoyed it. Walgreens is literally across the street. The island is pricey, but so very well worth it!

Place was good, surrounding area not as good.

Our place was wonderful and in a good location for the beach, but we were very disaapointed in the community around it. We were on the street side and it was very loud most of the time. Many of the restaurants were shut down and the ones that were open didn't have great food (most very overpriced) and/or poor service. (SKIP Hotties... but definitely worth going to Yamiko Sushi and Entrevino). Tried to take a bus to Old San Juan but never even saw a bus come by, ever! Ended up taking an uber. If you wanted to do anything, you had to have reservations so it made it really hard to just be spontaneous. If you just wanted to be on the beach every day, it would be good but we wanted to do more and it was hard to find things to do for 4 adults within walking distance. Our condo was great, however, and the host was very helpful.

Perfect Location

We were a party of five girls, two adults, three teenagers. First time on the island for all of us. The property was exactly as described and looks just like the pictures. the beds were comfortable. Everything you need for the beach is there. The pool was great. Location was in walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We walked the street every night with no issues. The location as a home base was great for us. The host responded in a timely manner to our questions. We were offered early check-in and late check out as a courtesy which was a really nice surprise. We will definitely stay again.

Not as expected

Although we didn't hate our time in PR, we all agree that it could have been better. The pool and beach were wonderful. Finding places to enjoy especially with 2 kids younger than 5 was easy. It was nice to be in a secure location. The condo was definitely not set for these 2 children. We had to quickly try to make it safe, although we missed something which our 2 year old damaged. Prior to this, we had to inform the owner of each person of which I also included the childrens ages. The condo itself was not equipped with enough bathroom towels, paper towels for the kitchen, or toilet paper. We actually purchased paper towels and toilet paper. And there were not enough utensils and dishware for all 6 of us. This location should be listed as for 4 and no toddlers unless the owner makes adjustments to make the unit accomodate more than 4, adds childrens utensils and plates, and makes the unit safe enough for very small children. It also coundn't hurt to mention that the condo is on the 15th floor.
