Casa Sagrado is a brand new property centrally located in Santurce. It is an older Colonial-Spanish home which was completely remodeled and updated into several units-4 two-bedrooms, 2 one-bedrooms and 2 studios; so if you have a large group you could rent several units and all stay in one location. Original Spanish Tiles were preserved wherever possible, and the property has grand archways and high ceilings that date back to when the house was originally built.

This was an absolutely stunning property with a beautiful vintage vibe. It was very Clean. The soccer field behind the property was very vibrant and full of children playing. Overall, the neighborhood is safe. Unfortunately, during my stay there was a domestic altercation next-door to us. That result in police being called and someone trying to open the door to our property, which was jarring. Had this not occurred. It would’ve been a five star review.

It was great for the 3 days we stayed. Place was clean and ample amount of towels for all 4 people that stayed. Even with the solar powered water heater it was sufficient for each of us to shower with hot water. Cute, not super quiet at night with the traffic but it wasn't a problem for us.

A little oasis

This place was clean, attractive, and the bed was really comfortable. We would stay there again. When the power went out on the whole island, we were also grateful that there was a generator so that we were able to see at night and sleep without sweating up a storm.

Quaint, Cozy, and Clean. Centrally located.

This property is worthy of considerstion should you be looking for a quaint, cozy, clean, and centrally located stay in Downtown San Juan. This structure has been remodeled and repurposed wonderfully leaving many of the original old world spanish touches and accents. There is alot of yraffic noise due to heing on a small but very busy street. If silence is your thing, this is not for you. Property owner is a good human snd a pleasant to deal with. We recommend putting a couple low light lamps in the living and ding area, but overall, we enjoyed our stay immensely.

So BEAUTIFUL

This was honestly the best place I’ve ever stayed in PR. Hotels included! It was so beautiful and clean and it really was the best place for our stay. Everything was perfect and I’m so grateful to our lovely host. Thank you so much and I can’t wait to come back!

Home Away From Home!

My friend and I stayed here a full week and felt completely comfortable. The host was really generous and communicated well! Everything was clean and the A/C was fantastic.The walls are a little thin so you can hear the neighbors and cars passing quite easily. However the neighborhood was nice and the house stands out well enough for ubers/taxis to find!

Great place!

This was our first time in PR and the place was perfect! Only complaint is that you can hear everything, the plumbing, all the neighbors moving around, conversations, and traffic. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would come back again. The host was very nice, good communication, and quick to reply.

Clean but not luxurious

The apartment was advertised as a luxury apartment, however, it really was basic. It was very clean, and had all the basic necessities, but was in a neighborhood that appeared to be safe during the day, but I would hesitate to go out on the streets alone at night. It would have helped to have instructions for the microwave and the stove top. The bedrooms were roomy, but there was a lot of traffic noise at night. The owner communicated easily with us and responded whenever I had a question.

The common area was quite nice and clean. Bathroom is a bit cumbersome trying to get in and out of shower. 1st bedroom ( on front side) is very very noisy ~ traffic very loud.

Enjoyed our stay

Check in and lock box process was seamless. Everything was as pictured. The property was clean and smelled fresh when we walked in. We had a little trouble with the induction stove at first but eventually figured it out.

The water was not hot, it was lukewarm or cold the entire trip. There was a few loose floor tiles in the master bedroom. Having several locks on the door would be nice. Beds were very comfortable.

Felt like home🙌 Loved the PR!

This place was clean, air conditioner worked so good, plenty of room, had everything we needed. This house was perfect to come home to at the end of the day of exploring the beautiful PR! I recommend this to anyone everything is pretty close by if you go by Uber. Would definitely return again one day! Thank you 🙌 ** only thing to keep in mind is that the shower is solar so if you like steamy hot showers it might not be for you but my sister and i had no problem it was fine for us !

The property was cozy, clean and has the basic amenities you need. The location is convenient and safe. The host, Giancarlo, is superb. He had been helpful from the start and had given great tips for our short stay. Would definitely return in our future visit to PR.

Clean and amazing location

Location is in the middle of EVERYTHING. The host was super fast at responding. The apartment was very clean. We loved the laundry services as we were beaching it everyday. Would definitely stay here again !
