Our new listing! Perfectly situated in the heart of Isla Verde Beach, you can enjoy direct beach access from the apartment or take a refreshing swim in the private pool only available to guest of the complex. Our property is situated in Coral Beach Condominium on the 9th floor, just next to hotels and restaurants. Adjacent to the international airport. This place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers.
SPACE: The apartment has 500 sqf. approx. dimension. Open the glass and get the west where breeze. Be relax you watch tv or sleep on the futon couch. In front of the futon a 50" smart tv is equipped to enjoy movies and tv shows internet included.
KITCHEN: The clean functional kitchenette is fully equipped with top electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, cooking utensils, refrigerator with freezer, glasses, wine glasses, plates, dining utensils, bottle opener and wine opener.
ACCOMODATIONS: Your room is equipped QUEEN SIZE BED for 2 guests, nightstand, closet with cloth hangers. Private bathroom with a shower.
AMENITIES: All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 1 bath towels per guest (no washcloth) and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. Our properties typically include at least 2 beach chairs. We provide the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities are limited include hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dish soap and a dish sponge. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay. For your convenience CVS is just in the corner.
