Our property is situated in Coral Beach Condominium just next to Intercontinental Hotel. Adjacent to the international airport. This place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers.

SPACE: The apartment has 500 sqf. approx. dimension. Open the glass and get the east where breeze. Will be relax you watch tv or sleep on the futon couch. In front of the futon a 43" smart tv is equipped to enjoy movies and tv shows free Cable TV included. Included A modern dining table with 2 chairs.

KITCHEN: The clean functional kitchenette is fully equipped with electric stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cooking utensils, refrigerator with freezer, glasses, wine glasses, plates, dining utensils, bottle opener and wine opener.

ACCOMODATIONS: Your room is equipped with a KING SIZE BED for two guest, twin nightstands, closet with cloth hangers. Private bathroom with a shower.

CONDO ACCESS: The building offers great facilities for the enjoyment of the residents. 24-hour security and a lobby area make the building very private and safe. There are two separate pools, one for adults and one for children. For the sports enthusiasts, there is a tennis and basketball court. A kiddie playground is right next to the gazebo areas that lead out to the beach. Coin laundry in ground area and one assigned parking space.

AMENITIES: All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 1 bath towels per guest (no washcloth) and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. Our properties typically include at least 2 beach chairs. We provide the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities are limited include hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dish soap and a dish sponge. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay. For your convenience CVS is just in the corner.

LOCATION: The Isla Verde Area is the main tourist area of San Juan and home to many casinos, fine restaurants, grocery stores, tourist shops, all within walking distance, and a 15-minute drive to Old San Juan and close to the highways that will get you to the rest of Puerto Rico. Taxis and buses are always available as the "main drag".

You will never have been bored in Isla Verde. Besides the beautiful beach, this unit is strategically located. Its location in the heart of Isla Verde puts it close to all the important hotels, restaurants, nightclubs, casinos, shops and cultural areas.

For a short beach vacation, a car is not needed, the apartment has an amazing location, and you can find anything you will need within walking distance.

Uber is also a great alternative for getting around if you decide not to drive.

Note: Please remember that you're staying in a private apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

We will have as much or as little interaction. Prior to arrival, you'll receive a message with few questions. After that you will receive another message which includes all the important check in instructions. Once settled in the apartment, most guests love to just enjoy the vacation on their own. After all, this is your place during your stay. So welcome to your vacation home.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance, especially during the peak months of Hurricane Season, which are July to October. Travel insurance is inexpensive and will reimburse travelers for most expenses associated with canceling travel outside of the cancellation window; however, this will depend on what the coverage purchased covers.
