We enjoyed the beautiful ocean view from the balcony and easy access to the best beach. Although the lobby was being updated, it was not much of an inconvenience. The building attendants were friendly and very helpful.

On a very clean beach- you can listen to ocean waves all night long. Everything you need is very close by - grocery, pharmacy, coffee shops, restaurants. Right on the ocean - just take an elevator down - walk a few steps. Would have been nice to know there was construction going on downstairs when we booked (even f it was anticipated to be completed as it was still in early stages of construction). Building has old plumbing. It was nice having a washer and dryer even if it was in the bedroom. Beach chairs were rusty. We found a great Puerto Rican restaurant Lechonera Diego - eat in or take out and a wonderful coffee place Bistro Cafe (check out on instagram before going as menu does not have all of the great coffee drinks available). Overall we it was a great location and decent space. The view outstanding. No road noise only ocean waves. Slept so well.

We had an amazing time at this property. The location is fantastic, right by the beach. The apartment is clean and well put together! It has everything you need. The property manager was always checking to see how things were going. I highly recommend this property!!!

Beachfront Beauty

My wife & I stayed here for our 10 year anniversary and were pleasantly surprised with the property, location, and area. Puerto Rico and specifically the north coast is highly underrated. We have nothing but great impressions as we returned home of the activities available, the access to the beach, and availability of restaurants/grocery spots in the area. Bea also provides an extensive list of recommendations that will ensure your trip is a success. Highly recommend staying here.

Isla Verde At Its Best

The view from the 15th floor was superb; the beach and pool were readily accessible. The lobby and public areas were clean and well maintained. Security appeared in place. The condo appeared recently renovated and was attractively decorated. The balcony had a card table and chairs at which we enjoyed our light meals. We did not find the island type arrangement with stools within the condo comfortable - would have preferred a table and chairs. The bedroom was very nice - king-size bed was very comfortable, the closet shelving arrangement for storing your clothes eliminated furniture taking up space. Lots of nice hangers provided. Only one bedside lamp for a king bed made reading difficult- suggest another lamp or different lighting arrangement for bedside. Bathroom was nicely equipped with hooks for hanging towels and personal items. Lights were excellent. Only negative was the air exchange vent through which cooking odors seeped, at times these were not pleasant. The living room only had a ceiling light that was very bright- table lamps or floor lamp would be a good addition. We searched throughout the condo for either a broom or vacuum to clean the floor. We did not find any. For our 3 weeks stay, this would be a welcomed addition. We did have a concern about moisture on the floor in front of a closet and few other locations in the condo. Generally, it was a lovely stay. We might consider again for a short stay - condo small and only 1 bathroom!

A beautiful place!

The property itself did not disappoint! The condo was updated and extremely clean! I was very grateful for the cleanliness and the fact that it had a washer and dryer in the unit (one of the reasons we chose this place - we could pack lighter). We did have an issue during the stay, but we sent a message and it was dealt with immediately - it wasn't resolved during our stay, but it was attended to. I have traveled all over the world and am not sure if the water in Puerto Rico doesn't get hot, but we did not have a single HOT shower the entire trip. It was lukewarm at best. We joked that we had to psych ourselves out before getting into the shower. We were given instruction on how to reset the hot water, but it didn't work. About 3 days into the trip, we lost power during the night - my husband's C-Pap machine stopped and it woke him, thus it woke me too. After that, the water was more tolerable, but never HOT. I even washed dishes in lukewarm water. Overall, this property was beautiful! We could hear the waves at night which was truly a blessing! The pool was fabulous, the beach was fabulous, the restaurants in the area were fabulous!

2 days post hurricane

Were there 2 days after the hurricane, which caused issues with the electricity. Beatrice was very helpful and accomidating in getting us situated and comfortable. Thank you for all your help. The room had an incredible view!

Isla Verde Gem

Exceptional accommodations and location. Everything needed from beach chairs to umbrellas were available to enjoy a day at the beach. This oceanfront paradise has an amazing 15th floor unobstructed view of the Isla Verde Beach, great neighborhood eateries, and the convenience of being in close proximity to major attractions . Old San Juan, Castillo San Felipe del Morro and Fort San Cristobal are all a short Uber ride away or you can take local transportation . Tours are available to take you to major attractions like the El Yunque rain forest. Ms. Beatrice Cautino is a charming hostess who is always readily available to answer any inquiries or address any issues which may arise during a stay thus I highly recommend this property

Location of the property was great, unit needs a few things to take care to make the apartment a great place to stay. Kitchen was nice and updated, but dishes were left dirty by the previous guest, floor was dirty, chandelier above kitchen island was filthy, mattress in the closet was dirty and disgusting to use, property will look cleaner if they removed along with the old and filthy luggage. Person who maintain and cleans the property needs to make a better job at cleaning and do a deep cleaning

Anniversary vacation

My husband and I stayed at this Isla Verde condo the second week of May 2022. Upon arrival the property was very clean and looked just like the photos. The property security was also really great. We had to fiddle with the front gate a bit but Beatrice texted us directions and we were able to get in right away. We woke up to the most amazing view of turquoise water below our balcony. We spent relaxed mornings there having coffee and planning our days. While the condo was adequately stocked, we needed to grocery shop for some basic supplies for the week. Uber was fantastic. Driving was stressful but we did it. After a couple adventures we moved back into beach mode bc honestly, we never found a beach as nice as this beach. The pool was also clean and never crowded. We were often the only ones there. Very secure and quiet. Easy, safe, walkable restaurants. Try the mofongo! Check out was smooth. Beatrice helped us navigate our afternoon flight time. There were a few things that could be improved but those things did not outweigh the overall quality of our experience as vacationers which was positive. Overall I would recommend this rental. Modern, comfortable, and beautiful views!

This is the best sleep we have had in a long time! The bed is so comfortable and we were able to hear the ocean all night long. The deck was the highlight of the space with expansive ocean views. I was able to practice Pilates with an ocean breeze, just perfect.

LOCATION LOCATION!!!

This unit was simply amazing!! The absolutely beautiful ocean view was the of our favorite things about the condo. The balcony had four chairs and a table and also an amazing hammock chair. Truly enjoyed every minute of the view from the 15th floor. the unit has a full kitchen with everything you need. Another great feature is the location!!! Located on a wonderful beach. Took morning walks everyday. Very Safe. Right in the middle of everything you need...no matter what age you are, with family or not. Walgreens right across the street and also Pizza City which both are open 24hrs. Pizza City has reasonable priced drinks and the menu has a large variety including breakfast and all is nicely priced. Walking distance to supermarket, El Saun Juan Resort, Ritz, Royal Sonesta Resort, CVS and Many many restuarants and bars. We rented a car for one day to go to downtown the cost was$60. for 24 hrs. Also parking at the condo unit is FREE so you really can't go wrong! But if you rent the car with Charlies Car Rental your pickup and return trip to the airport is FREE! You should check this out. Charlie's Car Rental was wonderful!! This condo unit made are vacation!!

The condo is beachfront and is beautifully decorated. The owner was accessible by email and was very responsive. There are lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Isle Verde Perfection

This condo was immaculate. Perfect location, best views. Beatrice was easy to reach with questions and responded very fast . Condo was clean, and just as pictured. We had the absolute best honeymoon in this unit and will for sure return. We did choose to rent a car as we like to come and go as we please and experienced all the island has to offer . Great food in surrounding areas, amazing people, culture, and scenery.

Renewal in the sun!

It was wonderful to be in the fresh air and sunshine for two weeks after being confined for so long. The condo was wonderful! The view is spectacular and I always enjoys having coffee in the morning and looking at the beautiful beach. The kitchen is well stocked and having a washer and dryer was a perk for us. The king bed was very comfortable and the closet has many new hangers for clothes which was perfect for us. Due to an earlier curfew there wasn’t a great deal to do at night so after dinner we were able to watch tv as the unit has Roku with Netflix, Hulu, HBO MAX and others. Hopefully, next year there will be. more nightlife and the casinos will be open, but for us just being able to be in the warmth, on the beach and eat some great Puerto Rican food, it was just perfect.
