We are very proud of the high standard of security in the building, which makes it one of the top places in the area.



- There is (1) basement parking space available.

- The parking space number is 156.

- One of the conveniences we have is a self check in lockbox.

- Our apartment is on a 9th floor.

- We have elevators.



IMPORTANT:



The complex requires wristbands to be worn when using the resort facilities. All guests must have a bracelet issued by the condo to use the facilities.



Please provide the names of everyone in your group in advance so we can have the bracelets ready for you. Coral Beach Complex's fee is $10 per guest and must be paid at check-in (one-time fee).



Other Things to Note:

Security Deposit Policy: To ensure the care of our property, a $200 refundable security deposit is required for all stays. By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:



- Payment Process: A team member will contact you after booking confirmation to arrange payment, typically one day prior to your arrival.



- Requirement: This deposit must be settled before check-in. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy in agreedment with Airbnb.



- Refund Policy: The full deposit will be refunded within 7 to 14 business days after check-out, provided no damages or rule violations occur.



- Deductions: In the event of damage or necessary incidentals, you will receive a summary of deductions along with the remaining balance.
