This renovated oceanfront apartment is in the heart of Isla Verde beach. It has a bedroom with queen bed, living room with sofa bed, 2 Smart TV with Nexflix and Cable TV, plus high speed WIFI. The condo has a balcony with a beautiful ocean view. It also offers underground parking, a nice swimming pool and tennis court. Walking distance to over 30 restaurants, nightlife, casino and supermarkets. It is just 10 mins drive from SJU airport and 15 mins from Old S.J
Disclaimer: the apartment does not have a washer and dryer inside the unit. There is a coin operated laundromat at the lobby of the building.

Condo is easy walking distance to over 30 restaurants, beach bars, nightlife, supermarket and casino. We offer a document with restaurants all over the island and lots of info on things to do. We do not earn a commission on the referrals so you will be directed to our personal favorites.
GETTING AROUND:

âą Everything is within very easy and safe walking distance (day and night)
âą Public bus to Old San Juan stops in our building ~ 0.75 Âą each way or $9 Uber
âą 10 minute drive from airport with absolutely no airport noise ~ $8 Uber
âą To rent a car for a day there is 24 hour Charlie Car Rental across the street
All bookings are contingent on signing an online short-term rental agreement, completing an online check-in form, and uploading an ID. This must be done before entering the property.
Check-in time is at 4:00 pm
Check-out time is at 11:00 am
NO SMOKING: Smoking is NOT allowed on the Property, the balcony, or common areas. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated.
BALCONY RAILINGS: The building does not allow anyone to hang clothes, towels, mops, or other artifacts on the balcony railings. A $100 fine will be charged if violated.
NO PETS: No pets are allowed at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if violated, and you will be expelled from the property.
Stained towels & linens will be charged at $20 per towel and $50 per bed sheet
