All bookings are contingent on signing an online short-term rental agreement, completing an online check-in form, and uploading an ID. This must be done before entering the property.
Check-in time is at 4:00 pm
Check-out time is at 11:00 am
NO SMOKING: Smoking is NOT allowed on the Property, the balcony, or common areas. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated.
BALCONY RAILINGS: The building does not allow anyone to hang clothes, towels, mops, or other artifacts on the balcony railings. A $100 fine will be charged if violated.
NO PETS: No pets are allowed at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if violated, and you will be expelled from the property.
Stained towels & linens will be charged at $20 per towel and $50 per bed sheet
Subletting not allowed

The building lobby is under renovation. Work is well advanced and expected to finish soon. This notice will be removed once complete. Noise from the lobby is minimal to none.

Very nice apartment! Enjoyed the amazing view of the ocean and that food was within walking distance and that there were plenty of places to choose from! Host was easy to contact, even in the late hours. We did experience an issue where we had limited water & no power but this was no fault of the host/building. Sounds like a common issue from what a lot of the locals stated so prepare for that!

Nice place nice beach

Nice condo, but a few missing parts. No dish washer, no ice maker. Step up into master bathroom, the dryer vents into the kitchen. The unit has a Nest thermostat that has a mind of its own. No sports channels.

Host would not allow us to store luggage for a few hours. Wi-Fi not good. Building is dated and the staff not very nice. Temp control not great in condo. But great location on beach and Isla Verde is great for families.

This was our first stay in Puerto Rico. We loved the 17th floor location on the beach side. Morning coffee and evenings relaxing on the balcony were the best. Our host was quickly available when we needed her one evening even though it was after 9 PM!

No back up for Power outages

This condo has an amazing view and a beautiful interior. If your like me I take off work, spend thousands of dollars on airfare and place to stay and when you get there you want to relax not worry about the food in the fridge going bad or being able to see at night. Our power went out the 2nd and 4th day we were there, 15 hrs and 8 hours. The condo lobby and elevators had power but not your condo
 save yourself a lot of headaches and hard earned money and stay at a resort. The power is out consistently in different towns and the resorts are the only ones with Huge generators to keep power on.

Nice time on the beach.

Overall, very nice property right on the beach and walkable to various restaurants (Kumo was favorite), and Uber was a very easy ride. Beware however, the neighbor across the hall is hard of hearing and has his TV at full volume with his door always open (he's a permanent resident) and the noise comes right into this unit. Also, there are no umbrellas at the pool, so you can rent them on the beach if that's your thing.

Oceanfront Delight

The apartment is well-appointed and right on the beach. Beautiful views from the balcony. There is a gentleman that listens to the TV pretty loud during the day a couple doors down the hall which didnt bother us but might be an issue if you are traveling with young ones or others that need daytime naps.

The unit was clean and check-in was easy. The beach was beautiful and close to many bars and restaurants. The extra info Beatrice provided was very useful. The Carabali Rainforest Adventure Park is worth looking into and after a day of trails on a UTV we went back and had one of the most delicious meals. The dinner service was excellent!! We are already looking forward to a return trip.

An unexpected disappointment.

Beatrice was excellent in her advance communications and the property looked great online. The check-in process was difficult. There is ample security which is great, but that means first trying to find parking on a busy street where you have to get lucky to find a spaces. Then you go talk to the security guard who gives you a transponder to get through two gates. You have to know not to cross over a line on the pavement, otherwise the transponder won't work. Then, once finally in a very expansive garage, the parking spot is tucked away in an obscure place. I had to circle the entire garage three times before spotting the space which isn't in numerical order. Finally, there is no room number on the door to the unit. Using the process of elimination at 12:30 at a place you've never been isn't what you want to do. Inside the Unit The beach view is advertised, but the back door is nearly impossible to shut. I had to slam it at least 20 times before I was able to latch it. The mattress quality was extremely poor, sinking significantly. When you try to run the fan, the light flickers on and off, so we had to turn the fans off. If we could have cooled the condo to the temperature we wanted (we, admittedly like it cold at night), that would have been ok, but the lowest temp on the thermostat was 70. The water pressure was poor. One bedroom had no pillows, so we had to distribute from the one that did. We left the next morning. I emailed Beatrice and never heard back.

Good not beat the view from this condo. Lots of security. Great restaurants within walking distance and the food was fantastic ! I am already missing the great food. Beach was wide with plenty of chairs to rent.

Stayed at another property that Beatrice also has years ago and again no surprises. Place was picture perfect and location can’t be beat. Beach was combed daily and pool was wonderful. The unit has (2) separate bathrooms which was so convenient as my elderly mother came with for the first time. Straight up a great place!

Beautiful View & Visit

Four of us (2 couples) just spent a wonderful week enjoying the condo and the beach in Isla Verdes. Beatrice is an amazing host and answered all of my questions quickly prior to our stay. This was our second year in a row in one of her condos and both provided a great experience. The condo is perfectly located for restaurants, the casino, the pool and the beach. It is very easy to rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach. The condo had coolers, towels and beach chairs for our use. The beach is so nice and the water was perfect. It was a great week and we'll be back again to stay in this building / area.

Perfect Location Beautiful Condo

We had an amazing stay at Beatrice’s condo and would definitely go back. The location can’t be beat and the unit is very well maintained and clean. It has all the conveniences that you would want. The kids enjoy the basketball, courts and playground outside. The beach is perfect and the pool is beautiful.
