This unit is located on the 10th floor in Marbella Condominium, oceanfront.

SPACE: The living and dining room is great for having your morning coffee to plan your day. The living room features an unbeatable view of the beach, a smart TV with a SOFA BED Perfect for sleep 1 extra guest, lounge chair. You may choose to open the sliding doors to take advantage of the breeze, use the fan, or central air. This space is comfortable for lounging, having a drink, and planning your next move during your vacation.
The dining room table can fit up to 4 people comfortably. There are enough place settings (dishes, silverware, serving plates, etc.) for a nice dinner in or you may step outside in the balcony.

KITCHEN: The small kitchen is equipped with all you need including a stove with oven and microwave, the refrigerator is not new but works, a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and of course wine glasses, dinner, and silverware. Perfect to cook your basic meals.

BALCONY: The balcony is our best-kept secret. It is your own private oasis where you may relax with your morning coffee, smoke, or watch the sunset with a glass of wine. A true gem to enjoy during your vacation.

CONDO ACCESS: The building offers great facilities for the enjoyment of the residents. 24-hour security and a lobby area make the building very private and safe. There are two pools, one for adults and one for children. For the sports enthusiasts, there is a tennis and basketball court (UNDER REPAIRS). A kiddie playground is right next to the gazebo areas that lead out to the beach. Coin laundry in the ground area and one assigned parking space

ACCOMMODATION:
BEDROOM: Your room is equipped with a KING-SIZE BED, side tables, a lounge chair, twin nightstands, dresser.

AMENITIES: All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 1 bath towels per guest (no wash towels) and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. Our properties typically include at least 2 beach chairs. We provide the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities are limited including hotel-size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dish soap and a dish sponge. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.

LOCATION: The Isla Verde Area is the main tourist area of San Juan and home to many casinos, fine restaurants, grocery stores, and tourist shops, all within walking distance, and a 15-minute drive to Old San Juan and close to the highways that will get you to the rest of Puerto Rico. Taxis and buses are always available as the "main drag".

You will never have been bored in Isla Verde. Besides the beautiful beach, this unit is strategically located. Its location in the heart of Isla Verde puts it close to all the important hotels, restaurants, nightclubs, casinos, shops, and cultural areas.

For a short beach vacation, a car is not needed, the apartment has an amazing location, and you can find anything you will need within walking distance.

Uber is also a great alternative for getting around if you decide not to drive.

NOTE: Remember that you're staying in a private apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

We will have as much or as little interaction. Prior to arrival, you'll receive a message with a few questions. After that, you will receive another message which includes all the important check-in instructions. Once settled in the apartment, most guests love to just enjoy the vacation on their own. After all, this is your place during your stay. So welcome to your vacation home.
