Host was exceptionally responsive and considerate. The area is quiet and the location puts you within easy walking distance of beaches and a couple of small reefs for snorkeling. A slightly longer trail brings you to more secluded beaches. Close proximity to rain forest and other activities, too, although driving for these are likely needed.

Our stay at Fernando’s amazing beach house was amazing. The house was spacious and well stocked. The roof top space was a great place to hang out in the evening and the back yard seating area was a beautiful place to have a relaxing morning coffee.The location is fantastic. So close to many walkable restaurants and beaches. Groceries and more restaurants are just a short drive away.All the beach accessories were a great touch. The high quality beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler were used on many day trips to the beach. The kitchen was also well stocked with spices and other ingredients.Fernando was a great communicator and was responsive to questions and any issues that arose.I would highly recommend staying here.

We were close to the bioilluminiscent lagoon which was four minutes away and a half hour from the rain forest. The beach is accross the street from condo. There is a restaurant right next to the condo food was great and there are lots of restaurants close by.

The amount of space is unheard of for this location and price point. Basically has a private pool because there are so few units and the beach is so close, a entire space on the rooftop for hanging out where you can see the mountains AND the ocean, extremely comfortable accommodations, and the most responsive and communicative host I've ever had in all my years doing short-term rentals. I thought check-out was at 11, but it was at 10. Not only was Fernando super understanding, but he met us on the beach to grab the keys so we didn't have to walk back to the house. He also took time out of his busy days to chat with us about the local culture, food, weather, etc, on multiple occasions. When we come back, we will absolutely stay at Fernando's again.

Fernando was very helpful with local eats and responsive to all questions during our stay. The location was quiet, safe and steps away from Seven Seas Beach and the Nature Reserve. The condo was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the roof top deck in the mornings having coffee. Highly recommend this condo for a beautiful home base to explore beautiful Puerto Rico!

The beach and nature preserve were right across the street, and several restaurants were within easy walking distance. It was convenient for day trips to El Yunque and the ferry to Culebra. My family and I had an amazing stay at this property. Fernando was always available when needed and was also able to provide answers to any questions that we had throughout our stay in a timely manner. For anyone that is looking to spend some time in Fajardo, this is definitely the place for you! The house is beautiful and well-maintained. We especially loved the roof top terrace. Home is also conveniently located within walking distance to the beach and short driving distance to local shops, excursions, and other activities.

Condo was beautiful and large. They had every convenience available, from beach chairs, towels, beach bags to everything you would need to do laundry. The location was great, you could walk right across the street to the beach. I can’t say enough good things about this VRBO and host. He was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

The house was perfect for our needs. It was clean and roomy. It easily accommodated 6 adults. The location was great, allowing for day trips into San Juan, Culebra or Vieques . It was very close to El Yunque, and several area beaches. The restaurants were nearby and we didn’t have a single meal that wasn’t delicious.Highly recommend!

Wonderful location and stay!

Lots of space for big groups or families. Very close to the beach, restaurants, golf, rain forest etc...Gated, well stocked, great communication with host. AC worked well,beds and furntiture were comfortable. Pillows were plentiful but large and firm (I used the couch pillows). Master suite is very nice!

Nice Townhome- across the street from beach!

This was the perfect spot for our family of 5 (older kids adults). Everyone had plenty of space to spread out, but also hang in the living room together. Everything was clean, the air conditioning worked great, and the washer/ dryer were a huge help. Owner was always available to open the gate or anything else!Note Seven Seas beach is literally across the street. You walk out of the complex and turn left. And it is on your right. We drove the chairs and cooler down that morning, but really didn’t need it to - it was an easy walk. Oh, and as another reviewer said, what a lovely bonus to have nice chairs, beach towels, beach bags, and even a cooler to take to the beach with us! We had everything.

This was an excellent base for our family location. Easy access to beach, close El Yungue NF. Nice range of restaurants close by. Property was clean and well maintained. The grill came in handy for suppers. The hammock on the roof was a nice place to enjoy the evening.

Great house in a great location!

We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect, convenient to the Ceiba Ferry, the Rainforest, San Juan and Luquillo and the easy beach access to Seven Seas was perfect. Fernando was always available to answer questions and provide recommendations. House was clean and comfortable and we loved the rooftop area!
