INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

Depending on availability, we may be present in the main house during your stay. We are happy to interact as much or as little as you prefer and are always available if needed.

PARKING

One dedicated driveway parking space is included. Additional free street parking is generally available nearby.

HOUSE RULES

• No shoes on beds or furniture
• Please notify us in advance if bringing a pet (pet fees may apply)
• Park on the left side of the driveway near the garage
• Notify us before having visitors
• No smoking inside the suite
• Smoking is permitted outside in the gazebo area
• Unauthorized guests beyond the reservation count are not permitted

Additional guests not listed on the reservation may be charged $50 per night per guest and may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.

Please treat the space as if it were your own home and enjoy your stay.
