The massive great room sits in the center of the home and features rustic, exposed wood beams and glossy tile floors. Accordion glass doors create the entire back wall, framing the cerulean, blue sea views and offering up the option to open wide and create a lovely indoor/outdoor lounging space. A living area with cream-colored sofas and a large HDTV sits in one corner, and a formal dining space with an elegant chandelier occupies the other end. Outside, the infinity swimming pool and surrounding patio resemble your very own private resort area— with an outdoor bar, plenty of lounge areas, a shower, and a private pathway down to the beach.

Back inside, the chef-inspired kitchen includes custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and a spacious center island with bar stool seating. A premier Wolf gas range sits underneath a bespoke vent hood, and additional appliances include a stainless Sub-Zero refrigerator, two dishwashers, a microwave, and a Nespresso coffee maker.

Just off the living area, the primary bedroom suite has a sumptuous king-sized bed that faces the beautiful sea views. An ensuite bathroom with a separate soaking tub and step-in shower creates a lovely, private sanctuary away from it all.

The second bedroom is a second-floor casita with a king-sized bed, an attached bathroom with a spa shower, and access to the outside patio.
