Spectacular 4BD/6BA OCEANFRONT Unit for 12 Adults at Villa La Valencia in Cabo

Opened in February of 2022, Villa La Valencia is one of the newest and nicest resorts in Cabo. The Lazy River is the only one in Cabo, and is a blast for young and old alike. The fine restaurants on campus are perfect for those quiet evenings when you want to skip the bustle of downtown. The Infinity Pool, Spa, Exercise Room, and Kid's Club are all top notch. This elegant resort is located between San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas on the Golden Corridor. It's a 15-minute drive to San Jose and 20 minutes to Cabo San Lucas (opposite directions), so close enough to play, and secluded enough to hide away.

This 4-Bedroom Oceanfront unit is the premium unit in the resort. It has the largest sleeping capacity at up to 12 Adults, and the most spectacular views on the property. The incredibly spacious 3,500 square feet boasts four bedrooms, two sofa sleepers, six full baths, and a Jacuzzi tub on each of the two balconies.

This property is two identical 2-Bedroom, 3-Bath units with a shared entrance. Beyond the entrance, the units and the balconies are private with no shared space, allowing larger groups to be adjacent to each other and have some privacy at the end of the night. Each unit has 2 main suites with King beds and en-suite bathrooms. There is also a sofa sleeper in each of the two living rooms with separate full baths. The photos shown here of the interior and deck were taken in ONE of the two units. So the rental property here includes twice this space.

Note: The only additional amounts you will pay for this unit is a $10/day resort fee, or $70 for the week. That will be charged onto your bill by the hotel at check-out.

The Area:

Los Cabos, at the tip of the Baja Penisula, consistently has great weather year round, where sun, sea, desert and mountains all provide a wonderful visual and physical experience.

The Villa La Valencia Beach Resort & Spa, about 1/2 hr. from the international airport, is conveniently located on the Sea of Cortez, along the "Golden Corridor" between San Jose de Los Cabos and Cabo San Lucas, with both towns boasting excellent restaurants, many different sites and activities.

Los Cabos is known for its high quality golf courses (with 3 designed, by Nicklaus/Weiskopf/Trent Jones, within just 15 minute drive of the Resort), as well as world class sport fishing. Snorkeling and skin-diving (Cabo Pulmo) are very popular. Surfing is also very good along the Pacific corridor (but use caution with the Pacific currents).

Thursday evening art walk, with drinks and dinner in San Jose, is also a lot of fun. The artistic town of Todos Santos is a great day trip, about a 60 minute drive north.

Getting around:

Auto rental (either from the airport or some will deliver to the resort), taxi or Uber are all available for getting around. Free on-site parking is available. The Resort also offers 3 options for a livery service between the Resort and Airport.

The Owner is an Elite VLV Vacation Club member who has already booked these dates for this unit. Given only 5 of these units in the resort, they consistently sell out. * Guests have daily housekeeping service at no charge (gratuities are optional and very much appreciated).
