HI WENDY, we are so sorry for being so late on this Review. The property was exactly what we hoped for: A Great location, A comfortable setup, The Ocean Views an incredible access to the beach dies not disappoint. The Casita condo was appointed perfectly with plenty of space to feel at HOME. We would not hesitate to recommend this location to other renters and We will return. Just can't say in words how amazing your property is and all the amenities you have for renters. Thank you Wendy, we had a great time and will be returning.

This property was outstanding! It over delivered on everything. It is a beautiful location and we loved being on the ground floor, having coffee every morning watching the whales play so close to the shore. The condo is so well appointed, there was nothing that we needed! The staff on the property are so friendly and helpful as well. The pools are gorgeous and we enjoyed them several times a day. Everything is close, pickleball on the site, groceries and restaurants just a few minutes walk away, golf just a short drive away as well. We also did several beach walks and there are a few good beach restaurants within walking distance. Ubers also arrive within minutes! Wendy, our host was just fantastic. She responded to our enquiries instantly and was so helpful with everything. We hope to come back next year and stay longer!

We have rented properties all over the world. Some not so good, and some a step far above the others. Wendy’s condo at Las Mananitas is one of those, where special attention has been paid on so many levels. When you first step through the ground floor unit door the view past the pool to the sparkling ocean captures you immediately. The unit floor plan is perfect for 2 couples. The 2 king room bedrooms have comfortable beds and are separated by the dining/living room and both have en-suite bathrooms. The condo has everything you could ask for in a rental property. No shortage of dishes, flatware, cooking utensils, pots and pans and cooking gadgets of all kinds. There is a surprise assortment of herbs, spices, oils, vinegar, etc. The laundry room has so many helpful things in addition to laundry aids including bug spray and first aid supplies. There are beach chairs, a cooler, umbrellas and plenty of fluffy beach towels. Really, Wendy has thought of just about everything that would enhance your vacation. She is wonderful to work with, also. We needed a little special handling due to a problem with another rental and she came through and saved the day. Our vacation in Los Cabos was one we will not forget.The property grounds are kept so clean and well managed. The outdoor grill (for all to use) was cleaned daily. The location is convenient to restaurants, a couple huge supermarkets minutes away and shopping. This rental without a doubt was a 10/10, top tier.

Gorgeous

My friend and I had a fantastic time at this condo. Both of us had full bedrooms with our own bathrooms and a beautiful beach view with a porch on the ground floor. It was surreal to be able to open up the glass door and see a beautiful rock path that led to the pool and then straight to the beach. There’s three different pools to choose from, all beautifully designed, complete with a swim up bar stocked with ice and a hot tub. There are separate thermostats for the living room, bedroom 1, and bedroom 2. Theres even a laundry machine where my friend and I did our laundry before we left. Town is about two miles (a 10 minute drive/uber) from the condo and is filled with beautiful shops and restaurants. My friend and I were able to walk to restaurants nearby as well.
