We invite you to relax with your loved ones overlooking Costa Azul beach at this gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in La Jolla Development! You will love being able to sit on the balcony to savour stunning sunrises and sunsets and relax and enjoy while unwinding with strolls on the white sand beach. You will love the gorgeous ocean view from the moment you walk into the condo! This truly is the place to stay for your Cabo Vacation!

This lush and tranquil community boasts the direct accessible beach and two pools (one heated). Free parking, drive 20 minutes from the airport, 23 minutes to Cabo, and walk 30 minutes to San Jose beachfront. Easy Uber off the main road to Cabo or to San José.

The kitchen has been meticulously stocked for all your culinary endeavors. Cutco knives, Cuisinart small appliances, and a Vitamix are examples of what we offer to make your stay more comfortable. Customized pottery mugs to enjoy coffee overlooking the ocean, stylish plate setting for twelve, mixing bowls, a hand blender, and high-end kitchenware items have been thoughtfully purchased to make this space highly usable. Please note there is no dishwasher. Due to kitchen configuration, a dishwasher was impossible to install.

The master bedroom overlooks sand and ocean. Because this unit is on the third floor, it is possible to sleep with the sliding door open (heat-dependent) to hear the waves crashing throughout the night. High end mattresses and pillows were just purchased with comfort in mind. Gel-filled duvet covers offer a luxurious sleep. The second bedroom configures two twin beds which can be made into one king bed upon request. Each bedroom is equipped with a new 40" television.

We have provided a brand-new BBQ with utensils for those that love to grill out! It is located on the balcony overlooking the ocean and white sands. With space to dine for 6 people. We have seating for six and two tables, as the balcony is longer, spanning bedroom to living room.

Community: The La Jolla community provides 24/7 onsite security and is a well-established and well-known development, located along the main highway between Cabo and San Jose. We sit overlooking Costa Azul Beach, which is a 3 km stretch of white sand. There is surfing at the west side of the beach, but please note that this is one of the many un-swimmable beaches due to currents and a sharp drop-off. Uber is easy to catch here, and an OXXO convenience store as well as an excellent restaurant are in front of the complex. We are a peaceful community, with quiet hours from 11 pm to 8 am and other condo owners who ask for tranquility. There are 2 community pools offered, with one of them being heated during the cooler season months.

We offer full concierge services to make your stay more enjoyable! If you need private transportation, want to do a welcome service, interested to book activities, need a car rental or pre arrival groceries, we can assist with all! Please submit your booking and we will contact you to provide a list of services and assist with setting up anything that you may need for your stay!

Quiet hours in this complex begin at 11:00 pm.
The pools are open between 7:00 to 11:00 pm (one heated, one non-heated)
Smoking is strictly forbidden in and around the unit.

This is a quiet community with very little tolerance for after-hours noise. This sounds harsh, but we want to be transparent about this living space; fines are issued for smoking and noise infractions that are beyond our control. This is not the place to come if you want to party. San José is sleepy; the party is in Cabo.
