Casa Surfside Dream est un condo au rez-de-chaussée en bord de mer et est unique en son genre! Il a été rénové et comprend tous les comptoirs de cuisine en granit, de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable et une nouvelle couche de peinture. Une fois que vous entrez dans ce magnifique condo de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains, vous vous sentirez comme chez vous et détendu. Le condo est situé au rez-de-chaussée du bùtiment A et possÚde son propre casier de surf / paddle à proximité! Donc, si vous décidez de louer une planche de surf ou si vous apportez votre propre planche de surf, nous avons un endroit pour vous la stocker! Le condo offre un bel espace ouvert pour les repas ou pour le temps en famille dans le salon ou sur la terrasse. Il y a un barbecue à gaz disponible sur la terrasse pour les barbecues en plein air! La vue sur l'océan depuis le salon ou depuis la terrasse est incroyable! C'est sans aucun doute l'endroit idéal pour la détente, les restaurants, la marina du centre-ville et le shopping. Le condo est situé dans le développement Las Olas et dispose d'une sécurité de premier ordre de 24 heures.

We love Las Olas. I was an expensive 3 night stay 2200 and change, understanding it was Christmas - New Years time. We agreed in a 4pm check in time, that I feel was generous for us to agree to since 3pm is the norm. We showed up at 4pm and the unit was not clean and ready for us to check in. We sat around the pool area until 6pm when the unit was ready. We missed our dinner reservations since we didn't have time to shower and get ready, it was a big bummer. We were not offered any concessions other than some cold beer in fridge. We got a "sorry, it's a busy week with a lot of check in and outs." At this price point, its just not acceptable.

Great location with plenty of room.

This unit is absolutely perfect if you are travelling with young children. Being on the ground floor was great especially not having to use the elevator multiple times a day. The unit has tons of dishes, glasses, pots & pans, comfortable beds, fans is all the rooms & good AC. Juan Carlos was great to work with & very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect San Jose del Cabo Family Getaway!

This is the perfect three bedroom, two bathroom condo for a family. It has everything you need including an amazing view and great swimming pool and beach access. There is also parking. A rental car is essential in this area to get around. This is very near several grocery stores and amenities. Easy to get t everywhere- including old San Jose, the airport, Cabo San Lucas, the port. We loved everything about it!

Fabulous ocean view unit at Las Olas Condos!!

We had a wonderful stay here and I would highly recommend it to anyone! We have stayed at Las Olas multiple times before, but this was our first time at this unit, and it is absolutely my favorite so far. We were 5 adults and 2 young kids (ages 4 and 2). This unit was meticulously CLEAN, updated, and comfortable. AC functioned perfectly. Smooth, quiet modern ceiling fans. Pleasant lighting. Comfortable beds with fresh clean new sheets. A nice, modern aesthetic touch. We loved the ground floor (no trekking up and downstairs), and it was so nice and quiet from traffic unlike some other units. Well-equipped with multiple Apple TVs, outlets, updated appliances that all worked smoothly. Gorgeous ocean view, you can watch the waves (including at “La Roca”) from inside! If you like to cook, heads up that there was almost nothing in the pantry when we arrived (like not even table salt). There are plenty of pots and pans but disorganized in the cabinets. This was the only minor issue I can think of and it honestly didn’t bother us. I was also impressed with the property managers, who were very kind, professional, and responsive. Good communication in advance made check-in a breeze (they even kindly accommodated our early check-in request, and there was a travel crib available for our 2 year old). To summarize: It was a perfect stay, we look forward to returning and I highly recommend to anyone looking to stay at Las Olas!!!

Our favorite place in Las Olas

We have stayed in a few of the condos at Las Olas, and this by far is the one we will keep coming back to. From the amenities to its picture perfect view and ease of access to the pool for the kids, it takes the cake. The hosts were very attentive when we needed anything and were quick to respond to any questions or requests. We absolutely love this property.

This was a fantastic spot for our family. The beach was perfect for surfing and shore playing. There is a bit of an under current but it’s gorgeous. We saw whales everyday from the property. Love it and will be back!

Slice of heaven

This unit is located along a gorgeous stretch of coastline. The property has wonderful amenities and is close to the inviting downtown area of SJDC. We attended the Art Walk, dined in nearby La Lupita and 7 Seas and enjoyed precious family time. Our hosts were responsive to our needs. We look forward to our next family gathering.

Great quiet spot on the ocean

This condo worked great for our trip. I would not call it newly remodeled as in the title though - the kitchen is especially dated with some cabinets even missing the handles and the furniture is older. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking though. The condo looks right out at the pool/ocean which made it a lovely spot to sit in the mornings. Communication with the host was slow - they contacted us 1-2 days prior with a huge amount of information but then were very slow to respond to my questions. The property manager was quick to reply over WhatsApp once we were there though but one thing was too late to book at that point. This condo is on the highway so you do hear quite a bit of traffic noise/trucks braking while on the deck and at night. There’s surfing right out in front, and a surf shop down the beach 2 mins away. So that was convenient. The waves were pretty tame in January but it was also rocky underneath so not the best spot for beginners. Having a car was pretty essential here to be able to head in to San Jose del Cabo or Cabo San Lucas. You could maybe walk to San Jose del Cabo, but it’s pretty far down the beach and there’s no boardwalk, just beach. Cafe Lolita in San Jose del Cabo was an amazing spot for brunch - highly recommend it.

Will stay again!

We traveled with six adults and one teenager. I’m very picky about the beds I sleep on, the queen size bed, and the king size bed were amazing! I slept just as well as I do on my own bed at home. The twin beds were quite firm, and not as soft as the other beds. The beach out front is great. We spent a lot of time paddle boarding, and snorkeling. Not a ton of fish to see, but a fun activity when you’re just hanging out. There is road noise from Highway one. If you sit close enough to the waves, you don’t hear it. We would definitely stay here again.

Onsite staff of cpm so friendly and welcoming Kitchen - really small, room for only 1 person at a time Could use some More glassware and plastic or melamine plates, bowls, etc Patio - comfortable furniture, a little dated, a little rust on gate and could use updated paint job, sunrise each morning was just beautiful Loved being on first floor for easy access to the pool and beach right outside our door Kristen with cpm was absolutely wonderful, taking care of our airport transfers, rental car, activities, delightful cook coming in one night, etc Living/dining room - very spacious Bedrooms had great closet and dresser space Spacious bathrooms Could use more lounge chairs in pool area, despite notes from hoa, families were still reserving chairs Overall a really great stay!

Great beach condo

The condo was perfect for our group of 4 adults. Plenty of room. The patio is great for lounging and watching the ocean. The small condo community is very inviting. The check-in was terrific Fernado was friendly and very helpful. Kristen was helpful arranging airport transfers and answered all my questions. Thanks for a great stay!
