Il dispose d'un mobilier choisi avec soin et est absolument magnifique. Profitez d'un joueur de 50 pouces HDTV, la tĂ©lĂ©vision par satellite et DVD. L'unitĂ© est entiĂšrement climatisĂ©, Ă©quipĂ© d'un systĂšme de purification d'eau UV, comprend toutes les autres commoditĂ©s que vous attendez dans un condo de cette qualitĂ©. Comprend * WI-FI, local et des États-Unis appelant *.

Vous louez cet Las Mananitas Phase 1 0ne condo par le propriétaire, Bruce et Masami Handloff. Nous sommes fiers de San Jose del Cabo, Las Mananitas, et de garder notre condo en bord de mer bien approvisionné et impeccablement entretenu.

Notre rez de chaussée, 1900 pieds carrés condo dispose de deux grandes chambres et deux salles de bains dont une suite parentale avec salle de bain privée avec baignoire et douche séparée. Les logements, pouvant comprennent un lit King à la suite de maßtre et deux lits doubles dans la deuxiÚme chambre. Check-in aprÚs 13h00; check-out est avant 10 heures. Désolé, en raison des rÚgles de villégiature, les animaux de compagnie des propriétaires sont autorisés, mais pas les clients. Ne pas fumer, s'il vous plaßt.

Il ya une spacieuse terrasse vue sur l'océan avec une belle salle à manger, zone inclinable, et une cour privée et le chemin avec walk-in / out accÚs direct à la plage, des piscines, un spa et des barbecues. La station dispose également d'un centre de fitness et de tennis entiÚrement équipés tribunaux.

Les amĂ©nagements caractĂ©ristiques de cuisine de cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e que vous auriez Ă  la maison, comme une machine Ă  cafĂ©, mixeur, grille-pain, micro-ondes, four 4 feux, lave-vaisselle, rĂ©frigĂ©rateur, collection complĂšte de casseroles, poĂȘles, couteaux, plats et couverts.

Wonderful stay. Great view. Amazing patio. Spent days swimming and hanging out on the patio enjoying the view. Many good restaurants within walking distance as well as two excellent huge markets with anything you could need. Best location. Barely anyone on the beach and the pool was never crowded. Often had it to ourselves. The condo is very large and well equipped. Excellent condo and owner was great to work with

Great property and fantastic location

This property was exactly as described. Everything we needed was available within the living space & easily accessible at this condo resort location.We walked to the grocery La Comer, coffee shops, outdoor mall, restaurants, gift shops, etc... all within 1/4 to 1/2 a mile. We also walked to old San Jose Cabo to go to church on Christmas Day, an easy walk of about 1 1/2 miles.  The staff was so very helpful in every area, especially Karla at the office. Security and the checkin gate well staffed. The gym was great too. We had a fantastic experience with our family of 6 and would definitely return & give a great recommendation to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.

Fabulous...

We love Las Maninitas! We have been the guest of friends many times and decided to extend our trip a few days. We truly enjoyed Bruce's home. Las Mananitas is wonderfully maintained. It's like being at a resort but the comfort of home. We feel extremely safe here. You can easily and safely walk to Starbuck's, the grocery store and to Cynthia's restaurant. And getting to 'downtown' San Jose del Cabo is a quick uber ride away. Bruce's condo is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The beach is a few steps away from the patio and the beach is just beyond it. What more could you ask for? Don't hesitate to make this your next vacation destination.

Perfect Stay in Los Cabos

We absolutely love Las Mananitas. The grounds are impeccable, security is comforting and office staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Bruce’s unit is one of the few in the absolute best location on the property. First floor with a patio that not only opens up to the best pools on the property but also has an ocean view. The condo is very comfortable, kitchen is well stocked, plenty of pool towels available, washer/dryer
 we had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Bruce was extremely responsive to all questions and could not have been more friendly or helpful. Thank you Bruce!

We will be back!

We stayed for 2 months. The location could not be better.! Steps from an endless beach. A short walk to Mama Mia’s beach side restaurant (they make a mean Cadillac Marg!). Dozens of restaurants within walking distance. A first rate grocery store within 10 minute walk. Loved the ground floor walkout unit. The grounds are impeccably maintained and there is 24hr security. We got to know many of the security guys including our new good friend Rigoberto. The pool area is exceptionally beautiful and the water a perfect temp. We met many of the various condo owners who were very friendly and helpful as we discussed options for possibly purchasing a unit. Bruce and Masami, the owners, could not have been more accommodating as our plans flexed often with the changing Covid restrictions. The unit is fully stocked with all kitchen necessities. It was easy to “set up shop” for two months!. We looked up and down the coast at multiple condo units along the San Jose corridor. Las Mananitas is a true jewel. The density of units to property is low so there was no overcrowding. Again, the location is ideal. Town is a short car ride or a 30 minute walk away. So many excellent restaurants in town; El Herradero (best Margs!), La Lupita (best street tacos), Los Tres Gallos (best overall outdoor ambiance and traditional Mexican dishes),

Perfect location!

What an amazing view from the condo. I wish I could have stayed longer, such tranquility! The owner is very accommodating and the location can't be beat. Steps to the beach, a large grocery store, restaurants, etc. The condo is large and nicely laid out with everything you could need. I can hardly wait to return!

Fabulous in every way

Our family of 4 (2 adults with 2 young kids) absolutely loved our stay in this great condo. Peaceful Paradise

My husband and I really enjoyed condo 103 at Las Mananitas. The resort is beautiful with pool and ocean view every morning. The condo was clean and had everything you would need. Perfect ground floor walk out to the pool. Excellent wi fi. This resort is in walking distance to La Comer grocery store and many restaurants and stores. We didn't rent a car, but easy to catch a taxi or the bus. We took the taxi into Cabo San Lucas about 25 min. but we loved coming back to the relaxed and quiet location of this resort. Fantastic stay!

We traveled with our three kids and had a wonderful time at Las Mananitas. The location is phenomenal, beautiful swimming-pools and beach. Safe and quiet and conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants. The condo is immaculate and has a very practical lay out with the pools steps away. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. Highly recommend this property which is in a great location to explore the area.

Wonderful and want to go back

Unit 103 is one of the best vacation rentals we've ever stayed at. The description and photos accurately reflect the property. Sitting at the table on the patio each morning, looking out at the grounds, the pool and the ocean, made me feel like I was living in a brochure picture. Everything was so well maintained and beautiful. Inside, one of the best features for comfort is that each bedroom and the living area have their own ac controls and ceiling fans. You do not need to rent a car, as the taxis and buses stop right outside the front gate. There is a hotel across the street so there are always taxi's there. If you don't want to or are unable to walk up to the front gate, you can call the front gate and they will call the taxi for you and send them down to the parking lot outside the building. We took a taxi to the plaza of old downtown San Jose del Cabo several times during our stay and the fare is $7.00 US each way. The owner was great to work with, very responsive and nice. Usually we don't stay at the same place twice, but I don't think we can find a better place for our needs in San Jose del Cabo, so we'd definitely try to book here again if/when we get back to Cabo.

Favorite condo at Las Mananitas!!! It has a great location and comfortable leather reclining furni!

We have been staying at Las Mananitas for several years and we finally found the perfect spot. We have enjoyed almost every condo because of different reasons but this one has it all. The reclining leather furniture is the best we’ve experienced for our bad backs!!! I don’t know that everyone puts comfort over “fashion” but it’s at the top of our list. The beds are also extremely comfortable as well as the furniture on the deck. Bruce was so easy to work with and responded immediately to any questions we had. The condo has everything you might need or want. The location is perfect, ground floor with a beautiful view of the ocean and pool. We will definitely be back!

Even better than advertized!

In October 2018, we have spent two amazing weeks in Mr Handloff's condo. The unit does completely live up to expectations, even manages to exceed them! Everything is as described and we had a wonderful stay. Las Mananitas is extremely well maintained, the pools and jacuzzi are perfect, same goes for the fitness room and tennis court. Security is top notch. Being located on the ground floor was simply perfect: you are literally a couple of steps away from the pool and the beach is within a stone's throw distance. Two big malls are very close by, a couple of minutes walking is all it takes. As long as you comply to the Las Mananitas property rules, you are all set. If you don't you will be kindly reminded about this by security, who are just the messenger in this case as some (permanent?) inhabitants of other condo's really see to it that all rules are strictly observed. No worries though, as the rules (there are not that many, really) all are aimed towards safety and keeping the premises looking clean and tidy. Communication with Mr Handloff has been excellent, response times always were lightning fast, both before and after arrival. Let's not waste any more words on this, all you need to know is: Las Mananitas Condo 103, is highly, highly recommended! Muchos gracias por todo, Bruce!

Beautiful and Relaxing

I go to San Jose del Cabo yearly. This was by far the most lovely place I've stayed. The amenities were perfect. The condo had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. When we come back next year, we will definitely stay here again!

Great condo, beautiful complex, amazing location!

We spent a fantastic week at Bruce’s beautiful condo. Bruce was great to deal with and replied quickly to any questions. The condo itself is perfectly situated in a beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, safe complex. Just steps from the condo patio to the pool and the beach - couldn’t ask for better. We enjoyed morning walks on the beach with our coffee while our teenagers slept. The condo has everything you could need including a well appointed kitchen to make delicious meals. The Las Mañanitas complex is perfectly located a 5 minute walk from the large La Comer supermarket which has everything you could need. I can’t say enough about how lovely this property is - the pictures do not do it justice. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to the Los Cabos region. Thank you for everything Bruce!

Las Mananitas is a beautiful and very well located condo. Bruce was a great host and was very attentive to our needs. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to visit San Jose del Cabo.

5 minutes from historic downtown would bring entire family for relaxed vacation , walked out of living room to jacuzzi or pool and direct beachfront access will stay here on future trips , had great security without being harassed grounds were in perfect shape
