Casa Tranquila, built in 1997, is a 3,750 square-foot private vacation home situated on a hillside - just a short walk to the sandy beach. Beautifully decorated and naturally relaxing, this home is appealing to the senses and inviting to the soul.

There is plenty of space for a large group of people to relax in comfort with five bedrooms. Four of these rooms are in the main house, split between the upper and lower level, while the fifth room is in a separate casita next to the house.

Each room is equipped with comfortable beddings, a ceiling fan, and thoughtful decorative accents.

The upper level of the villa has a room with a queen-sized bed and a private ensuite bathroom. A second upper-level bedroom features a double and single bed with access to a shared full bathroom across the hall.

The lower-level bedroom options are a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and large private bathroom, and a bedroom with a queen-sized bed.

All bathrooms are stocked with plush towels and the essentials you need for your stay.

The fifth bedroom is separate from the main home in the casita next door, perfect for those who crave extra privacy or lots of quiet time.

The bright and beautiful common space is perfect for spending quality time together at any time of the day. High ceilings and earthy tiled floors create a wonderful atmosphere to prepare meals in the spacious kitchen, stocked with all the appliances and utensils you need for your stay. You are welcome to enjoy the entire villa, including the heated swimming pool, hot tub, and indoor areas. You will have access to private parking on the property. We ask that events held at this property be limited to a maximum of 40 people.
