• This house was designed by a talented Japanese architect and an American construction crew. If you love high quality craftsmanship and attention to detail this house is extremely solid construction, with very high quality furnishings throughout, and beautiful solid-wood custom, arched doors throughout. Including a custom build stone fireplace, custom cabinets in kitchens, bathrooms and closets throughout, and high spacious ceilings throughout.


• The main living area is a spacious, open floor plan with wall to wall, floor to ceiling windows, southern facing and looking out onto the ocean view just steps away.


• There are two living rooms, one on the main floor that is huge with a big screen t.v., and a small one downstairs with a t.v. perfect for alone time away from the group or for a kids’ play area.


• There is a custom wood and glass door separating the upstairs and downstairs so that you can control the temperature separately between the two floors, and separate two families (one up and one down) or the kids area for added privacy // reduced noise for a group experience.


•There are four houses in this gated community, and this villa has two huge custom entry doors that increase the security during your stay, but Cabo and San Jose are both known for being very safe places to vacation in Mexico.


• The dining room on the main floor can seat eight people for family or group meals, underneath gorgeous custom ceiling domes in the living room and dining room. There are plenty of everyday dishes, as well as fancy ceramic dishes to bring your group meals alive with beauty and class.


• The kitchen is huge and ideal for anyone who loves to cook. There is an eight burner gas stove, a brand-new microwave and oven, a large refrigerator, plus an extra spill over refrigerator/freeze in a huge pantry.


• If you love coffee, there is both a regular coffee maker and a high-quality Breville espresso machine.


• There is a Vitamix for your smoothies and healthy drinks, as well as a manual orange juice squeezing tool for making your fresh juice in paradise.


• We can organize a personal trainer, yoga instructor and/or massage therapist to come to your home on the schedule you prefer for an additional cost.


• The upstairs and downstairs patio is southern facing and gets beautiful sunlight from morning until night on the patios and outdoor pool.


• The upstairs patio has an outside grill, an outside table that seats 6, and an outdoor couch for lounging and reading a book in the morning, afternoon and evening sunshine.


• Private pool and hot tub are only accessible to you during your stay.


• The garden has a sauna. Yes we said SAUNA! It fits up to eight tightly, and is our personal favorite daily routine. We wake up for sunrise, turn on the sauna as we walk to the beach for sunrise, and when we get back from our walk, the sauna is ready. We do a 10-20 minutes sauna, and use the pool for a cool plunge, before heading upstairs to make fresh juice, smoothies and espresso.


• There are extra linens, bedding, blankets and tons of extra towels for showering and beach time.


• If you are super sensitive to road noise, this villa does have some background noise from the highway close by when you are outside in the garden or when the windows are open.


• The location is considered by locals one of the best on offer, called the Tourist Corridor, because it sits so conveniently between Cabos San Lucas and San Jose, while also being farther away from the higher density of each of these towns. You are also only a 1 hour drive from Todos Santos which is a romantic and historical town that is a lovely day trip.

It’s called the Tourist Corridor because it sits so conveniently between Cabos San Lucas and San Jose, while also being farther away from the higher density of each of these towns. You are also only a 1 hour drive from Todos Santos which is a romantic and historical town that is a lovely day trip.
