Front line two bedroom with stunning views
This spacious apartment is front line to the Mar Menor, and the MediterrĂĄnean Sea is only 50 meters away. Located in the development of Seychelles, km 14 of La Manga.
The living room is very spacious and bright and has a comfy sofa and a dining table for 4 people, it also has a large window with access onto a great terrace located front line, with stunning views, perfecct to enjoy the Mar Menor unique sunsets.
It has two bedrooms, the master bedroom has its own private bathroom with bathtub, and the second bedroom has twin beds, both of them have big wardrobes and windows with lovely sea views.
The kitchen is independent and fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, a galley area with washing machine and all the necessary things to have a great holidays.
The apartment has free high speed internet connection with fibre optic.
It has 2 communal pools, open in 2023 from May to the 12th of October, from 9 to 14h and from 17 to 20h.
