The Twins Pool Villas, Majestic Palm, is the twin of Cascade Palm, both only 2.5 miles from San Ignacio and œ mile from Cristo Rey. King bed and beautifully tiled private pool looking onto the toucan and parrot filled jungle and charming Monkey Falls Creek, all await you!
Come see why Majestic Palm is the place to be while visiting the Cayo District. When walking through the front door of this contemporary villa, you will see the love and care taken to make sure everything is ready for your arrival. Immaculately clean, Majestic Palm is very inviting with its comfortable chaise lounge sofa, fully equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need, separate bedroom with comfy king bed, a modern tiled and glass panel bath and of course your very own pool with in-pool seating area. The lanai is very comfortable with its “L” shaped sofa, outdoor dining table, hammock, and Webber BBQ. This is the place to be! Lounging is a priority at Majestic Palm with toucans, parrots, kinkajou's, garobos, and other jungle animals to be seen. We loved the area! The room was great, spacious, and clean! Pool was beautiful, but unusable do to is temperature! Brrrrr! That would have been so nice if it was warm or even hot in the winter! Pool area was fun meeting people, but too cold to really swim. More comfortable chairs around the pool would have been great too. Hosts were very easy to communicate with. Always got back to me quickly!

This was a beautiful house and I loved relaxing in the plunge pool. The host was very attentive and kept a convenient well maintained house. We saw a number of birds including a tucan and a motmot.

Luxury outside of town.

I cannot recommend this place enough. We always like to go off the beaten path, but we love our creature comforts too. This place delivers on both! Just outside of town, with convenient access to Xunantunich, Big Rock Falls, ATM Caves and so much more. The owners were in communication the whole time making sure we were comfortable and had all our needs accommodated. The place is full stocked, spotlessly clean, and just a perfect spot to stay if you're visiting San Ignacio. If you want a little adventure, and you rent your own car, this is a no-brainer! Thanks for the memories!

Gorgeous property in the jungle

This property was beautiful, new, and even better than the pictures. Sitting on the back deck is the perfect way to start your day with coffee. When the jungle wakes up, you will see and hear all sorts of beautiful bird species. We were even treated to a toucan enjoying breakfast! The fireflies come out in the evening which make it a nice place to end the day as well The property is a bit of a distance from town, so if you don’t have a car rented, I would ensure you have the phone number for a taxi on hand, and be prepared to meet them on the highway side of the creek (ie: walk from property, remove shoes and walk through creek, get into taxi) as only a 4x4 could cross the creek - at least this was true during our stay. No matter though, because if you prepare to stay for dinner in the home, it literally has anything you could possibly need to make a great meal! The air conditioning in the bedroom was perfectly cool for sleeping. The host has little notes throughout the home to make things such as working the stove and fans easier for you. Hadas was easy to be in touch with and just lovely to have as a help - we had tours and transport arranged for us within minutes of asking. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends. Far enough from the town to be peaceful, close enough to not be inconvenient. Thank you Lisa and Hadas!
