What an amazing penthouse! 360 Estates welcomes our esteemed guests to this wonderful home just a few minutes away from St Julians bay.
The penthouse easily sleeps 5 in great comfort. Both double bedrooms have ensuite facilities and a JACUZZI in one of the bathrooms. The living area is centered around a fully equipped kitchen + island and large leather sofa.
A private massive TERRACE with BBQ use and outdoor furniture to compliment the experience.
Ideal for long and short term rentals.
WIFI , Air-conditioning
Kitchen| Kitchen has built in fridge, oven, Microwave & DW. It is equipped with anything our guests will require to prepare the most fantastic meal ever while the spacious Island also serves as a breakfast table.
Living area| Massive sofa, with a Smart TV connected directly to the internet (Netflix, youtube etc) and a BOSE Airplay music system. Guests can chose to dine indoors or outdoors. The back balcony balcony overlooks Sliema And has distant sea views.
Outdoor Area| the penthouse has two separate private outdoor areas. The front terrace offers privacy since it is not overlooked. The outdoor dining area seats six people and has an easy-to-use gas BBQ.. One can also enjoy a glass of wine under the stars in the lounging outdoor sofa area. The rear balcony also has a seating area with distant sea views and overlooks the neighboring town Sliema.
Bedrooms| 2 Bedrooms, The two main bedrooms each have a large 165cm bed. Sleeping arrangements can be made for a 5 guest. For over and above 5 guests we will provide an additional folding bed with linens and towels just like normal bed.
Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide is of the highest of quality.
Bathrooms| 2 full bathrooms. 1 Guest Toilet and sink + washing machine,
Apartment is equipped for long and shorter stays.

24/7 Access to all the amenities of the penthouse.
It is important to have Access to Airbnb messaging system, general issues best is to ask from there as it is where we can help you as fast as you deserve.
The penthouse is located in St Julians - Many things such convenience stores, coffee shops and even restaurants and eateries are within walking distance of the apartment making it a very suitable place for both long and short term rentals !
- The bus stop is just round the corner from the penthouse making it very easy and cheap to travel.
- We also offer 24/7 taxi service from the messaging application of airbnb.
- Free outside parking is available for car rentals (Subject to availability)
Very important notes before booking:
1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)
2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.
6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person
8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.
9. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
Hot Water:
General a red pole switch is available before entering the bathroom, this has to be left on at all times so you can have the heated water you deserve at your disposal !
Wifi:
Wifi is included in the price and always available in the apartment - Wifi boxes have the password, if changed you will see a notification in the welcome pack or you can always ask your checkin guide to make it that much easier !
Waste Schedule:
Locally we have rigorous waste schedules, waste have to go out within the time frame of the schedule or heavy fines will be made from the government - Please make sure you know the schedule before putting the things out, if not you may always ask us and will will give it to you. Note: Schedules are generally within the apartment.
AC:
Please make sure the AC remotes are set on the Cool/Warm depending what you wish for many times you can change the mode by mistake if this happens generally you will not have the desired result from the AC.
