And when you want to mix it up, we’ll connect you with the right spots to live it large!



The Space:

San Pancho is a precious gem of Nayarit, Mexico. This small beach town is an ideal location for your vacation. San Pancho is a quick 10 minutes from Sayulita and 30 minutes from Punta de Mita. The local flair is laid back beach vibes. Surfers love the waves while beachcombers chill in the sand, but there’s mucho to do with nature trails, hiking adventures, local shopping, and some of the best street food and restaurant faire in the area. San Pancho is made for health conscious travelers who enjoy beautiful sunsets, yoga, organic foods, and serene jungles.

You'll be one mile from a private beach club called Tierra Tropical. Buy a day pass and bask in luxury for a day in their oceanfront infinity pool and gourmet cocktails.



Stroll down the street with a gelato, or vegan ice cream if you prefer, after catching sunset at La Tarraya. Grab a late night cocktail at Serpien-t. (cocktail of choice- Serpien-t Smash)



There are local artisan goods in many shops for decor, art, ceramics, and jewelry, so a window shopping stroll after a chill day on the beach is a perfect end to a perfect day.

I recently stayed in the BOA apartment, and it was perfect for one person. The space was very clean, and since I was traveling alone. I felt very safe throughout my stay. The walk to the beach and Restaurants was easy, and I also felt comfortable walking back after dark. It was a nice bonus to have access to the pool. San Pancho is very walkable, which made everything even more convenient. Overall was a great stay - just missing a few simple things : no hand soap in bathroom and no salt/pepper in kitchen.Host was quick to reply to messages.

Wonderful and quiet spot

My partner and I had the place to ourselves even though there are more units in the building. It was very relaxing hanging out by the pool and reading when it was too hot to be out.It's a short walk to everything in San Pancho and a lovely way to get the lay of the land whilst easily getting to after coming into San Pancho.I highly recommend anybody who's considering coming to San Pancho to stay here!I

Everything was great. I do wish the check in was at 3 pm and not 4 pm. But other than that, very pleased with our stay there
