NOTE: 8 adults allowed , Resort will only issue 6 pool passes. 
children 12 and under do not need pool pass !!!

-This resort resort does not permit use of BBQ at the condos due to fire danger.  
- 8 BBQs have been set up at a designated BBQ area away from the condos. It is about a 10 minute walk to the BBQ area 
- Another option is to use the BBQ service of on-site Pavilion restaurant
 - Face masks will be mandatory in order to enter the area
 - Everybody MUST rinse off in the showers located at the entrance.
 - 5 shifts, from 7am to 10pm:  7am to 10am / 10am to 1pm / 1pm - 4pm / 4pm - 7pm / 7pm to 10pm.his home Does not have access to the resort pools or amenties!!!!
This spacious San Felipe rental villa in La Ventana Del Mar section of El Dorado Ranch gated community, is ideally located walking distance to tennis courts, swimming pool and private beach. The executive style golfing complex, minutes from house, offers 18 holes of pure golf heaven, with commanding views of the Sea of Cortez and the surrounding mountains.

The villa comes fully air conditioned throughout with a family room with TV\DVD, a dining area with cozy bench, kitchen with island, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. This San Felipe villa accommodates eight guests comfortably and has been professionally designed and decorated for the most discerning guest who wants something special. Total living space is 1955 square feet.
The master bedroom, on second floor, comes with American King bed. Master bedroom includes private en-suite bathroom with his and hers sink, walk in shower and corner bath. The second and third bedrooms are on the ground floor. All bedrooms come with large closets. Tropical ceiling fans with palm leaf blades add a wow factor to each bedroom.

MONTHLY RENTALS - Utilities are additional.  A utility security deposit is required from monthly renters upon arrival. 

NOTE:  Unfortunately, due to repeated violations of off road vehicle rules in La Ventana del Mar section of El Dorado Ranch, off road vehicles are no longer permitted in La Ventana del Mar.  If you do plan to bring your off road vehicles, you will be required to park them at a secure location by the gate at an additional cost of $10 per day.  Alternatively, you may rent a house on the mountain side of El Dorado Ranch, or rent in another community in which we have a homes.
