Budget San Felipe vacation rental condo with internet - Hacienda-10 - vacation here and you are guaranteed a terrific San Felipe vacation experience and guaranteed to NOT break the bank. This rental has a maximum occupancy of eight guests, however see below note on how to accommodate up to 28 guests.

Located 6 miles south of downtown San Felipe, in the community of La Hacienda, you get to enjoy the peace and quiet of the community for the ultimate relaxation, and are just a 12 minute drive into town when you are ready to shop, explore bars and restaurants, or party.

This rental has two floors, with one bedroom on the ground floor and second bedroom the second floor. The master bedroom has a queen bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds and independent bathroom.One set of clean linens are provided with each rental. Also provided are one set of bathroom towels. Guests are requested to bring towels for swimming pool and beach use. 

The living room has an open, airy and welcoming ambience. Television in living room is connected to Dish satellite. Enjoy the views of the Sea of Cortez from inside the living room or outside patio.  You can watch the sun set over the sea of Cortez and watch the fishing boats go by from the shaded front patio. From the rear balcony see THE SUN RISE OVER THE DESERT & MOUNTAINS

Wondering how far it is to the beach?  Simply walk four minutes down to one of the best beaches in San Felipe.

The kitchen comes with all the essentials for preparing meals for you on your fellow vacationers. Kitchen appliances include refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. Or if you prefer to eat out, our website includes a list of some of the local restaurants you may wish to try out.

Another option for preparing meals on-site, is to use the large charcoal powered BBQ grill in front of the condo. Guests must provide their own charcoal. Charcoal is available in town at very reasonable prices.

For outdoor entertainment, there are lots of options. In addition to the close by beach right on the Sea of Cortez, there is a swimming pool on-site. Outside the community, the immediate surrounding areas have lots of sand dunes with a perfect for riding ATVs  and Quads, other sand dune capable bikes or vehicles.

Feel like exploring further south of town? Then take a 30 minute drive on San Felipe - Puertecitos Highway 5 to Valley of the Giants, and another 15 minutes will get you to Puertecitos Hot Springs. Right after Puertecitos Hot Springs is a little eatery called "Christinas Restaurant" which we recommend you check out. Note that Christina's restaurant is only open Friday Saturday and Sunday.

This unit's community entrance is closed at all times, Only residents and guests have access by scanning a special card that will be given to you upon arrival, you'll have 2 cards available per unit, leaving a $50 dollar deposit for each card which is 100% refundable!!

Monthly rentals at a special rate are offerred November - March.  To see the rate, reservation dates must be in 30 night increments.  Entering 29 nights will not give the monthly rate. Utilities extra on monthly rentals - requires utility deposit

We close at 8PM.  After 8PM, there is a $25 check-in fee

Towels not included with this rental.  Please bring all needed towels

NOTE this rental (Hacienda 10) has a maximum occupancy of eight guests - this includes adults and children. For parties larger than eight guests, in addition to Hacienda-10, we recommend renting Hacienda-1, Hacienda-7, Hacienda-6, and Hacienda-18 for a total maximum occupancy of 28 guests. Hacienda-1, Hacienda-6, Hacienda-7 and Hacienda-18  are located right next to Hacienda-10.  Renting Hacienda-10 plus other Hacienda rentals is a perfect way to vacation with friends and/or family....everyone gets to stay close together while allowing some quiet time as needed.

Please review each homes bedroom arrangement to ensure this meets your expectations.  Some homes may require you bring additional air-beds to complement the beds.
