3-Bedroom El Dorado Ranch San Felipe Rental with Beach View

You might be able to hear your heart pound inside your chest as you ascend the spiral staircase that leads up to the entrance of this gorgeous San Felipe vacation rental. You may be overwhelmed with excitement as you hands glide seamlessly up the metal railing, leading you through the front door of the best vacation you’ve ever had.

As you walk through the front door, you will immediately have to make a choice: Upstairs towards the amazing master suite the or downstairs into the lavish and spacious living room? If you choose to go downstairs, the first thing you’ll notice is the flat screen TV mounted on the living room wall. The plush, wraparound sofa might call your name, and if you give in, you’ll fall into one of the most comfortable sofas you’ve ever seen! If you can bypass the comfy couch for just a moment, you can venture into the first downstairs bedroom, complete with a Queen size bed and tall windows.

The second bedroom is adjacent to the first and offers two twin size beds. This set up is perfect for parents who want to be close to their children, but still maintain their peace and privacy. The twin bedroom is located right next to the downstairs family bathroom, with duel sinks and a shower/bath combination. There are plenty of towels in this bathroom, so no need to bring yours from home!

If you choose to go upstairs from the front door, you will follow the banister around and end up in one of the most beautiful kitchens you’ve ever cooked in! A large island in the center basically commands that you pull up a bar stool and enjoy a snack, and the modern, stainless steel appliances are just waiting to help create a breakfast, lunch or dinner that the whole family will enjoy. Dark cabinetry and granite countertops really set this kitchen above those in your typical vacation rental,

Attached to this phenomenal kitchen is a living room (YES, another one!) with a love seat and two comfortable arm chairs in front of a flat screen TV mounted on the wall (YES, another one!) You’ll also notice a formal dining area with long table and seating for six.

The master suite is also located upstairs. This master suite offers a Queen size, wooden sleigh bed with top of line linens and plenty of pillows. The teal accents against the dark wood really emit the feeling of “vacation” and the large room gets plenty of natural lighting. This bedroom has its own private bathroom, complete with a walk in shower, walk in closet, garden tub and his and her sinks. This private master suite is a set apart from the other two bedrooms and is great for parents who don’t need to be right next door to their kids.

You don’t have to be a VIP to stay here, but you sure will feel like one when you step through the front door. You’ll be amazed at how close this fully furnished home is from the resort’s private beach and the three, yes THREE, community pools and tennis courts. When you stay on El Dorado Ranch Resort, you’re just a short drive from all of the restaurants and shopping that San Felipe is famous for.

A $100 security deposit, not included in the rental amount is required on arrival.  This amount is charged to your credit or debit card on arrival. On departure, provided no damage or missing items in the rental, the $100 will be refunded to your card. 

Use of BBQ

This resort resort does not permit use of BBQ at the condos due to fire danger.  
BBQs stalls have been set up by the beach of the resort for guest use.

Maximum occupancy 8 guests.
This rental comes with 6 pool passes only!
If 8 adults rent, only 6 adults can access the pool.
Children 12 years and under do not need pool pass

Pool Passes are issued by the resort directly to guests.  Office issuing the passes closes by 4:30PM.  If you arrive after 4:30PM, you will be able to access the rental but not the pool.  Passes will need to be picked up the following day.

Monthly Rentals - Utilities are additional.  A utility security deposit is required from monthly renters upon arrival. 

Note:  Except for race teams, off-road vehicles are no longer permitted in this community.  Alternatively, you may rent a house on the mountain side of El Dorado Ranch where off-road vehicles are permitted.
