POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
‱ GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
‱ OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
‱ NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
‱ COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve a approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.

Being right next to the water everyday was such a delight. I loved that our door split in half so we could have the top half open to the outside. The space was perfect for my husband and I. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and so were the pillows. Probably the best sleep I have ever had. The place pretty much had everything we needed and would want in a place. Fully stocked kitchen with all the amenities you would need. Stocked bathroom with lots of towels, toilet paper, and they even had conditioner, shampoo, and body wash. I loved the layout of the space and felt there was enough places for our things and spaces to sit. We spent a decent amount of time at the dinning table inside and the wonderful outdoor chairs outside.The only cons were the pictures were a little dated and the place on the outside had aged. It looked slightly worn only on the outside. It did not take away from us enjoying the place at all. I just didn’t expect it. There were also quite a few stains on chairs, blankets, and towels, but I know it’s hard when you have people coming and going. Accidents happen and some stains you can’t get out. Last the walls are thin so any neighbors staying next door or above you can hear them. Didn’t bug us at all, but if you want complete silence that would not work at this place Honestly the cons are truly minor and We really loved this cute little beach house. We will definitely stay here again when we are in MB.

Great location. Parking was a little difficult, especially for our studio. Toilet was in a poor place as it was right behind the door. The doors on the frig opened inconveniently but the host changed it when it was brought to their attention. Other than the issues indicated, the place was great.

Great Location

The property was in an ideal location. Everything we needed to enjoy a beach vacation was in walking distance. The property managers were extremely responsive to our needs after we arrived and found a few small things that needed attention. Communication was great from start to finish.

Beach Paradise without the Boardwalk crowd

The house had amazing space - you can open up the curtains and enjoy the beach without the unending people walking by. Nice outdoor area for parties and eating. Just steps from the volleyball nets and the ocean. Clean and lovely. Thanks for a beautiful, relaxing time.

Great location, poor cleanliness

The location is great! Walk right out onto the bay.. easy access to everything. Quiet area! The interior of the rental is not as nice as the photos make it look. Older than the photos and the cleanliness was not up to our standards, needed a much better cleaning job. We still had a great time and property management was very easy to communicate with! Also the heater/ac unit did not work and parking is extremely SMALL make sure you have a very compact car

Great location

The place was how it was described and pictured. Check in and out was easy and very well communicated. It was just my husband and I so the space was perfect for us. The location was great. We rented bikes for the days we were there and biked everywhere. There was good restaurants and coffee cafe’s with in walking distance. The place was clean, the toilet is def behind the door but it didn’t bother us at all. I think the place could use a fresh coat of paint. Overall the place was great! I would def recommend and I would def stay again, The place is on the inlet side not the ocean but we liked it bc it was quieter with a beautiful view. The ocean was a short walk across the street. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location

Overall, the place was awesome. Comfortable bed. It was equipped with everything you need. The only thing that was a negative was the parking spot for this unit was very tight and you had to park by trash cans and stagnant water. Had to worry about getting dinged by whoever parked next to us be it’s it was very tight and the spot was short.

Delightful studio in a prime location

A delightful studio in a prime location. Comfy bed with the best pillows ever! Loved having my own kitchen. Thank you for beach chairs and towles! had lovely quiet neighbors. But the house next door had a huge family staying with lots of noise, so that wasn't the best. Lots of flies. But I would stay here again!
