As you enter our sky high condo you'll feel like you're floating on the water. The bright & sunny open floorplan main living area includes an ocean front balcony with panoramic ocean views, floor to ceiling windows, wood floors, dual sofas, SMART TV & designer features throughout. Enjoy dining with a view?... You'll love the adjacent dining area with a separate window looking North towards Law St park & multi-million dollar homes along the La Jolla coastline, a rare treat only for corner units. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, full kitchenware & views out to the main living area.

Enjoy ocean & sunset views from the comfort of your own King bed in our spacious master suite, which includes it's own SMART TV, closet & ensuite bath (shower). If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.

I wanted to be able to look out at the ocean all day and have a quiet retreat. This was perfect and bonus was ability to walk to grocery store and restaurants. Beach is ideal for running and watching surfers. The unit had everything we needed.

Unobstructed ocean view. Even the second bedroom has a beautiful view of the ocean and city. Comfortable beds. Location seemed safe and was quiet. Neighborhood was convenient because there were plenty of good restaurants in walking distance and a grocery store too. The pool was not on site but very close. It was a good size and warm. The hot tub was nice as well. The unit itself was clean and comfortable. We want to stay here again some time.

Go for it! Excellent location, right on the beach boardwalk, lots of nearby restaurants and if you have an infant/baby - it’s easy to have a morning go by just walking on the long boardwalk. Very safe location and friendly locals. Property management was highly attentive and responsive when we had a small issue. Kitchen is equipped with basic utensils/pots/pans/bottle opener. Bring your own oil/spices to cook etc. Laundry - coin (quarters) operated (2 for washer and 2 for dryer as of now) so be sure to be mindful of that and that it is not in the apartment unit itself (didn’t have time to do it but clarify where to find it in the bldg) Overall, highly recommend with friends or family!

The corner suite provides amazing views all around. Great location. Walkable to any kind of restaurant you’d like. Also an easy drive from airport and to outlying areas. Secure and safe building dedicated parking spot in garage. Ocean breezes and sound of waves lull you to sleep - or an afternoon nap after a morning at the beach. If you are looking for a Pacific Beach vacation this place cannot be beat

This property was great and the views were absolutely amazing and beautiful. Only downside was there was no laundry deterget as advertised. We didnt look for it until the night before we were leaving and realized there wasnt any and baby was already in bed so couldn't go get any

My wife and I stayed for a little getaway. Condo was as advertised. In perfect location of local bars and restaurants. But for us it was the amazing view as every morning we watched the surfers. Would highly recommend.

Location, location, location! Breathtaking views!

What a GORGEOUS condo with spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and La Jolla. Corner condo not only had balcony looking out to beach and Pacific Ocean, but also had side balcony and bedroom window with incredible views! We were literally surrounded by the beauty of San Diego!Beachfront location cannot be beat. We loved falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean waves. Convenient path made for easy beach access. Beds were so comfortable, we felt like we were laying on clouds after full days of sightseeing and sunbathing. Open layout was perfect for our family. Heated pool and relaxing hot tub right around the corner open til 10pm! Great way to end the night. We could walk or bike to a ton of shops and restaurants. Loved this beach town. Couldn't have been happier with our stay in Capri by the Sea in Pacific Beach!

29th anniversary stay

Breathtaking views; clean, beachy unit. It was perfect for us and my elderly step dad. Every room has a fabulous view. Nicely appointed unit. Great building. This is our second year staying at Capri by the Sea.
