Enjoy the comforts of central heating and air conditioning, a cozy fireplace, in-unit laundry, and a fully stocked kitchen for effortless living. One garage parking space is included.



Guests enjoy access to the community pool, hot tub, and tennis courts just steps from the front door. The garage is stocked with boogie boards, beach chairs, pickleball gear, tennis rackets, and more - perfect for a short drive to the coast and a day in the sun.

• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
