With 2 bedrooms, each with queen-sized beds and a pullout queen couch bed in the living room, a fully-stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs, and laundry facilities located inside the house -- this home offers everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. Two full bathrooms, one with a tub-shower combo and the other off the Master bedroom with a HUGE remodeled shower. Enjoy the beautiful back patio, complete with BBQ grill, outdoor dining AND lounge set, plus outdoor shower for rinsing off after hitting the nearby beach or bay. So what are you waiting for? Guest Access:

Guest access is completely contactless; you'll receive a door code 2 days prior to arrival, and if you need anything during your stay, Vacation Rentals by Aaron is available 24-7 to assist you!



The Neighborhood:

Pacific Beach is one of the best spots in San Diego. Great bars and restaurants are all within 10-15 minutes on foot. The beach vibe is alive here but you are just far enough away from the beach that you can leave behind the late-night noise and craziness and wind down in peace. Spend your days lounging on the sandy shores, indulging in some water sports, or simply basking in the Southern California sun. Seaworld, Downtown San Diego, the world-famous Zoo, Balboa Park and La Jolla are all within easy reach.

Other Things to Note:

For stays longer than 30 days, I require a deposit in the amount of one month's rent to be paid offline due 60 days prior to arrival as well as a formal lease agreement. Dogs are welcome for a $150 pet fee.



Beach Equipment: despite the inclusion of snorkeling gear, we do not offer it at our rentals



Interaction with Guests:

Check-in is virtual, as you'll be provided with a digital Guest Portal and a personalized door code. Vacation Rentals by Aaron is a full-service property management company, and will be available 24-7 in case you need anything during your stay.
