The primary bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed, while the guest bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. One bathroom includes a walk-in shower, and the other features a convenient tub/shower combo.



The main living area opens onto a spacious main deck attached to the house, ideal for relaxing or entertaining while enjoying the ocean breeze and scenic vistas. Step outside onto the rooftop deck, perfect for sunset gatherings, sunbathing, or soaking in panoramic ocean views.



Located just 200 steps from Law St Beach and within an easy stroll to local restaurants, bars, and shops, this vibrant seaside retreat offers a perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience.

This home has a maximum occupancy of 4 Adults. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced.



No smoking is allowed inside or outside any of our properties – No Exceptions!



This home (like most in this coastal area) does not have air conditioning. (No A/C).



This property is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with La Jolla Vacation Rentals.



For homes that allow pets there are certain rules that always apply. Pets are never to be left alone in the homes uncrated. If you plan on spending time away from your pets please find a doggy day care or crate your pet. You can call our office for recommendations or check the Welcome Book.



There will be a $40/Night pet fee if brining a Pet. For longer stays you can inquire about our flat weekly and monthly rates.



Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle in the driveway. Any additional cars will need too park on the street. Please read all signage and do not block any driveways. We will not be responsible if you are towed or ticketed.



Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Getting Around:

This location is very walkable to pacific beach shops and restaurants - however if you want to explore more of San Diego we suggest you will need a car.

This is a Non-Smoking Home (Inside and Out)

This home is not equipped with a/c. Like most homes near the beach - you get a great breeze off the ocean.



Quiet hours start at 9pm and end at 8am. Please be mindful of noise specifically in outside space during this timeframe.



This home is PET FRIENDLY. There will be a pet fee of $40/Night. Ask about flat rates for stays of a week or more.



Baby items are available to rent for an additional charge (high chair, pac-n-play and stroller)



Boogie Boards are available to rent for an additional charge ($20/Each)



Beach Wagons are available to rent for an additional charge ($35/Each)



Early Check-In's and Late Check-Out's can be requested 1 week prior to check-in.



Early check in is a $25/Hr fee from 12PM



Late Check out is a $25/Hr fee from 11AM - 2PM
