Each bedroom is the perfect space to retreat for some privacy and the bathrooms have been updated and both feature a shower/tub combination. The living room features an extra large couch, a large TV, sunny windows, and a ceiling fan. You'll find ample furniture to relax and enjoy the fantastic 180-degree views with glances of the ocean. The dining room is ideally situated adjacent to the living room and kitchen and has a table with seating for up to 7 people. It offers direct access to the outdoor balcony to bring in the cool, coastal breezes. There is an awesome rooftop deck to take in the ocean and sunset views, and a private hot tub for you to fully zen out along with a BBQ for your use.

- Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax

- Pets ok with approval and pet fee.

- No smoking permitted.

- Free parking for 2 vehicles.

- Pool Heat Fee: Pool heating is available for $150/day in summer (June–August) and $250/day in winter (September–May). The target temperature is 80–85°F, though slight fluctuations may occur due to weather conditions. Fees are non-refundable once heating is activated.

- As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

- Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
