The Space:
Located in East Clairemont, enjoy a stylish and cozy experience at this centrally-located place. The Surf Farmhouse is less than 15 minutes to downtown and the beach. This chic place to stay is well-equipped and curated with modern decor, perfect for a group trip to San Diego. Our backyard is a great space to soak in the sunny weather while you're here. You are sure to enjoy all of the amenities this home has to offer.
The space
This modern and bright 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home is perfect for comfort and relaxation. The kitchen comes fully equipped with pots, pans, cookie sheets, blender, coffee maker, and more. In the living room, you will find a large sectional, chair, 55" smart TV, books, and games. The primary bedroom features a king bed, closet space, and dresser. The second bedroom features a queen bed and closet space for your belongings. The third bedroom has a full size futon sofa and a workspace.

The home comfortably sleeps 6 (1 king, 1 queen, 1 full futon).

There is a workspace (standing desk and chair) for those who need to catch up on business.

The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided as well as hair dryers for your use.

The outdoor space, enclosed by a fence, features an outdoor dining space, and large sectional. We also have a hot tub for you to enjoy during your stay. In the garage, you'll find the washer & dryer.

We ask that you please be respectful to our friendly neighbors by keeping noise and music to a minimum. No amplified music is allowed. While the home is designed to be very private, we are still in a residential area. All outdoor noise/voices cutoff time is 9:59pm, in accordance with city ordinances.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT:
Check in time is 4pm. Check out time is 11am. Please let us know if you need early check in or late check out. We can try to accommodate your plans for an additional fee.

NO SMOKING INSIDE:
We have a zero tolerance smoking policy. Any violation will incur a $500 security deposit and/or additional cleaning fee.


HOUSEKEEPING:
Our cleaning team provides the best care in disinfecting the home between all stays and making sure it is ready for use when you arrive. Additionally, disinfecting cleaner will be left for your use if needed.

Your cleaning fee takes care of everything. We make clean up simple so you can maximize your vacation time.

NO PARTIES ALLOWED:
Our neighbors will let us know if there are any parties. Repeated violation will result in a request to vacate the property.

You have access to the entire home.
Other things to note
We also have security cameras on the outside of the home to monitor deliveries and maintenance. No cameras are inside the house or facing the yard. We respect your privacy!
