This stylish, sun-filled gem gives you a spacious layout with room to entertain in the open living area, the fully equipped kitchen, and the large fully fenced yard with an outdoor lounge and fire pit. Drive to the beach, catch the trolley downtown or walk to restaurants, bars, parks, and coffee shops from this prime central location.



The Space:

Take the stairs up to the second level of this charming duplex and step into the bright, open-concept living space where you can relax, put your feet up, and unwind on the leathery soft lounge. Here, you can stream your favorite apps on the wall-mounted TV or just gather together with friends as you enjoy the breeze from the open double balcony doors.



The living space can also be set up as a fourth sleeping area with an air mattress for two more guests.



Off the living space is the modern, fully equipped kitchen that features sleek stone countertops, a chef-style cooktop and oven, a coffee maker to kick start your day, and all the cookware, dinnerware, and utensils you could need to cook up all your family favorites.

Please note that this is a duplex apartment on the upper floor that sits above the lower-level apartment, so please be respectful of noise levels during your stay. Guests will have to go up a flight of stairs to get inside the home, but once inside, there are no more stairs. This property is professionally managed and cleaned to provide stellar service for all of our guests! Think of it as a hotel-like experience in a spacious furnished apartment! The home is stocked with bath towels, hairdryers, Irons, and hotel-style body wash and shampoo/conditioner. If you need anything additional during your stay, please feel free to reach out!
