Great location , close to many restaurants , great breakfast staff but be aware there is only once a week housekeeping service which is not mentioned on the booking. I asked concierge at the second day why room was not cleaned and they informed me it is just once a week , then they suggested me the option of light housekeeping which you need to request. I requested for next 3 days but no one showed up, I even asked receptionist but they apologized for being full house every time and easily they handed General Manager business card. I understand is not their fault and they have to follow management instructions (and even no staff to help for action). I was really greatfull if we had light housekeeping once during our stay as respect but never happens( even I wouldnât mind to pay extra for cleaning since we were travelling with family). I travel a lot for work and staying in different hotels around the world but that was my first and last time staying at Sonesta ES Suites brand.
Hope Management team/owner take these comments into consideration.
