The Space:

This freshly renovated Point Loma home blends modern comfort with a laid-back coastal feel, creating a space that’s both stylish and easy to enjoy. The interiors are bright and open, featuring clean finishes, contemporary furnishings, and thoughtful design details that give the home a fun, welcoming personality without feeling overdone.



The open-concept kitchen and dining area is designed for gathering, with modern appliances, generous counter space, and everything needed to prepare meals or enjoy casual dining at home. The living areas flow effortlessly, making it easy to relax, watch a movie, or connect after a day of exploring. Air conditioning and heating ensure year-round comfort, while high-speed WiFi and smart TVs add convenience for both work and downtime.



The home comfortably sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms, featuring one king bed and two queen beds. Each bedroom is thoughtfully styled with comfortable memory foam mattresses, quality linens, and a fresh, uncluttered aesthetic that makes winding down easy.
