With a walking score of 87, plenty of activities are within reach. For anything outside of the neighborhood, a vehicle or Uber is recommended.
Other Things to Note:
No Pets Allowed
Guests may have packages delivered to the property during their reservation dates. However, we strongly advise coordinating deliveries for when you are on-site to receive them. The host cannot be held responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged prior to or during your stay.
Khachapuri Restaurant, Open daily except Wednesday until 9:00 PM (and until 10:00 PM on weekends).
Please Note: We have a minimum age requirement of 25 years old for all primary renters.
San Diego now requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive checkin info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online.
