Welcome to a completely remodeled, light-filled first-floor studio in the heart of Pacific Beach. You’re just a short walk from the sand, boardwalk, surf breaks, sunset views, coffee shops, tacos, and the relaxed, lively PB energy everyone comes for.
Arrival is effortless: no stairs to enter the apartment. Keyless entry means you simply receive your personal code the morning of check-in and walk right in.
Step inside to a bright, open floor plan with large windows that flood the space with natural light. At the center is a luxurious premium king BedGear bed — dressed in crisp hotel-quality linens and topped with pillows designed for deep, restful sleep. In front of the bed sits a comfortable sofa that pulls out into a full-size queen sleeper, easily sleeping 4 guests. Large nightstands with extension cords make overnight charging simple and tidy.
Roll-down blackout shades cover every window, giving you total control over light and guaranteeing peaceful mornings no matter how late the PB nightlife runs.
The full kitchen feels brand new and ready to use: stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, plenty of storage for anything you bring, and a Keurig coffee maker stocked with pods and sugar so your day starts right. Nearby is a proper dining table that seats four comfortably.
The spa-like bathroom features a deep tub enclosed by a sleek sliding glass door, soft-close toilet, hair dryer, and a full set of bathroom essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion). Just outside the bathroom you’ll find a handy desk/vanity area — perfect for work, makeup, or extra prep space.
A large walk-in closet gives you tons of room for luggage, beach gear, clothes, and everything else you bring.
We’ve thought of the little things too: beach chairs, Pack ’n Play, iron + ironing board, luggage rack, vacuum, and basic cleaning supplies are all provided.
One dedicated parking spot is included — a true luxury in Pacific Beach.
And to make life even easier (especially with little ones, beach towels, or packing up), guests have access to the on-site shared laundry room. We provide two stackable high-efficiency washers and dryers exclusively for our guests — completely complimentary, including detergent and dryer sheets.

During your stay, you’ll have full, exclusive use of the entire studio.
You’ll have access to:

Before booking our Pacific Beach studio, there are a few important details we'd like you to be aware of to ensure a pleasant and respectful stay:

Shared Walls - Please note that the studio has shared walls with neighboring units. We kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise levels to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for both you and our neighbors.

Zero Tolerance for Parties - Our studio is not suitable for parties or events. We have a zero-tolerance policy for disruptive behavior. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a quiet and residential environment.

Respect for Neighbors and Neighborhood - We value our neighbors and the community, and we kindly request that guests respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during late hours, to ensure a harmonious living environment.

No Smoking - For the comfort and well-being of all guests, smoking is not permitted in or on the property.

Guest Limit - The studio is designed to accommodate four(4) guests comfortably. Please adhere to the guest limit to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.

Check-In and Check-Out Times - Check-in is 3PM. Check-Out is 10AM. If you need to make alternative arrangements, please ask us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Surveillance: There are security cameras on the exterior of the property and located in the shared laundry room to ensure the safety and security of everyone on the property.
