This cute cottage is in a property w/ another 3 similar units, all renovated & decorated with much care and love! Each one of them is fully furnished & comfortable to accommodate 4 people who are looking for some great time in San Diego.

Our 4 Cottages are in Pacific Beach, only 5 blocks from the Beach. This is a great location, close to everything you will need but also quiet & private enough for you to relax in the cottage watching some movies or sipping your favorite drink by the fire pit.

This listing is for one cottage (cottage #3) but you can inquire about renting 2, 3 or all 4 units if you want to have a big family reunion and have the whole place for that!

These 4 classic beach cottages have been lovingly restored and upgraded with great amenities. Conveniently located just a few blocks from the beach and bay you will have easy access to a variety of fun things to do. All within a few blocks you will find: grocery stores, department stores, bars, restaurants, unique boutiques, and more. Some of these include: Ralph`s, Trader Joe`s, Sprouts, 710 Club, World Famous, Lahaina Beach House, Joe`s Crab Shack, Brandy Melville, Urban Outfitters, Yogurtland, and so much more!

Share stories of the adventures of the day, or reminisce about days gone by. Or, take your bottle of wine to your cozy bedroom for time alone. Turn on the ceiling fan, light a candle, grab a book, or watch something great on Netflix. Step outside and enjoy the nightly firework display compliments of Sea World. Oh, the fun you`re going to have! You can rest assured that your days and nights spent here in San Diego will be some of the best you`ve ever had.

This home is professionally managed. We are a friendly team of folks who look after this beautiful property while the owners are away. We ask you to keep in mind, this is a private home which the owner retreats to. We simply ask that you respect & take care of the property as if it were your own. Let that love flow.

**We are available to you for standard check in times should you require any assistance from 4pm - 6pm. For after these hours we may be available for emergency only and only then via Airbnb message app. We apologize if this causes any issues, but please consider this ahead of booking. Likewise, please advise us before traveling, on your estimated time of arrival so we can accommodate if possible.

If you hop in the car you`ll find that you`re within easy driving distance to a host of local attractions including: Sea World, the San Diego Zoo, the Wild Animal Park, Legoland, Old Town San Diego, Horton Plaza, La Jolla Coves, the Del Mar Fair, and more. Beautiful Mission Bay, surrounded by miles of the scenic coastal boardwalk, is only 2 blocks away. The boardwalk is perfect for: bike riding, skateboarding, rollerblading, jogging, walking and people-watching!

HOUSE SPECIFIC RENTAL TERMS & POLICIES:
By booking this home you agree to the rules and conditions outlined at the Guest Terms page found by accessing air concierge online and navigating to the Footer where such terms can be found as titled Terms and Conditions Guest Terms - Air Concierge, as well as those denoted below. Should there be a conflict between the booking platform Terms and Conditions, and those listed on the link above or herein, then the terms most favorable to us as the Host shall take effect.

NO REFUNDS - Even the best or newest home has equipment that may occasionally malfunction and cannot be guaranteed operational 100% of the time. We promise to act immediately to remedy any issues, however, we do not relocate or issue refunds due to malfunctioning equipment or any other guest dissatisfaction or due to construction noise or any other items out of our control, unless the home is considered uninhabitable.

No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.
- Primary renter must be over the age of 25, have a fully verified profile and previous positive reviews inside the booking platform.
- Host may request a photocopy of renter`s ID for verification before check-in.
- This is a private property and the host reserves right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
- All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID).

Pet Policy:
-Only one adult dog allowed (up to 20lbs) per stay
-Dog must be house trained and cannot be left alone or on furniture
-Pet fee: $100 non refundable
-Guests assumes full responsibility for all and any damage caused by the pets during the stay

Those fees are not included in the price shown by Airbnb and should be paid before check-in.

If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have to pay a $500 cleaning fee or will have their reservation cancelled immediately.

Late Checkout Policy
Guests must check out by the designated checkout time specified in the rental agreement. Late checkouts without prior approval will incur fees to cover costs including, but not limited to, waiting times for cleaning crews, canceled or delayed cleaning appointments, hardships on arriving guests (e.g., delayed check-ins or compensation), additional wear and tear on the property, and increased utility usage (e.g., electricity, water, or HVAC). The fees, based on the duration past the checkout time, are as follows:
‱ Less than 1 hour: 10% of the nightly rate or $100, whichever is greater.
‱ 1-2 hours: 15% of the nightly rate or $250, whichever is greater.
‱ More than 2 hours: Full nightly rate.
To avoid fees, guests are encouraged to coordinate with us in advance for late checkout requests. Approved late checkouts are subject to availability and may incur additional charges as agreed upon. These fees are designed to compensate for disruptions to property turnover and operational costs, and we will provide documentation (e.g., cleaning schedules, guest complaints) upon request to ensure transparency.


Additional Cleaning Policy
Guests are expected to leave the property in a reasonably clean condition, consistent with normal use. Any cleaning required beyond what is considered normal or reasonable, as determined by the property management, will result in an additional cleaning fee of $100 per hour. This fee covers costs such as extended cleaning times or specialized cleaning needs. Examples of excessive cleaning needs include, but are not limited to, excessive trash, stains or spills requiring professional treatment, pet hair in non-pet-friendly units, or other conditions requiring significant labor. We will make every effort to accurately reflect the additional work needed and the time required to complete it, providing documentation (e.g.

This is a sweet, dog friendly little cottage. The place was very clean when we entered, and the hosts/management company was very responsive and so helpful when we needed anything. Something to note is that it's a small space and the single bathroom is located in the bedroom. This was fine for our family, but if you are traveling with friends, that is something to consider. We did not use the kitchen to cook meals, so can't speak to that, but there was everything we needed to eat food we picked up. The refrigerator was very clean and there was a large water filter pitcher, which we appreciated. We mostly used the place to sleep, as we were with family all day, so this place served our needs perfectly. It's in a great location for easy access to grocery stores, the Bay and the beach.

Returning vacationers

Relaxing around the firepit and taking in the SD air! Everything is walking distance. We enjoyed the Water Bar the most which faces the pacific but if you want ocean view make a reservation very romantic watching the sunset.

Nice place.

Very difficult to get in. Dog barking next door from early in the morning through open window. Had to move the couch to be comfortable to watch TV. Front patio chairs very uncomfortable. Otherwise, a really nice place!!

Fantastic Service

Our stay at cottage 3 this past week was wonderful. The cottage is exactly as it was represented on the site, it was clean and had everything we needed. The property management company was a pleasure to deal with and went out of their way for us to have an early check in! We appreciated it very much. Location to the beach and restaurants is excellent.
