This newly constructed Pacific Beach home offers a perfect blend of comfort, style, and an unbeatable location. While there is a separate house at the front of the property, the homes do not share any living spaces, allowing for privacy and a relaxed stay.



Inside, the home is beautifully decorated with brand-new furnishings and a modern coastal feel that’s both stylish and inviting. The main living level features an open and comfortable layout with a fully stocked kitchen, a cozy living room ideal for movie nights or games, and a versatile daybed that adds extra lounging space. A queen bedroom and a full bathroom are also located on this level, making it convenient for guests who prefer fewer stairs.



Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms and a second full bathroom. One bedroom features a king bed, while the other offers a queen bed — both thoughtfully furnished to provide a comfortable and restful night’s sleep.



Step outside to your private patio, complete with lounge seating and a dining table, perfect for enjoying warm San Diego evenings with family and friends after a day at the beach.



For larger groups or families traveling together, this home can be booked as part of a compound along with the front unit, which offers a similar layout and style. If you’re interested in booking both homes together, please inquire for availability.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay. There is a house in the front of the property and both can be rented as a compound. There is no shared space between the 2 units, allowing privacy for a relaxed stay!

Interaction with Guests:

• 3 night minimum stay.

• Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.

• Pets allowed with a pet fee of $150 per pet. Up to two dogs permitted.

• Parking: street parking ONLY

• Smoking and events/parties are not permitted.

• Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax

• Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras.

• As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
