Tucked away in the rear of the home are the 2 remaining guest bedrooms — 1 with an ensuite, the other with easy access to the hall bath. We do not allow more than 5 adults to occupy this rental at any given time. We do not authorize adults to sleep on the top bunk or trundle bed.
This home is the ground floor condo of a 3-unit complex. Upstairs noise may be heard from time-to-time.
Like many coastal homes, this home does not have AC.
This home is monitored by exterior surveillance cameras and interior noise monitoring devices.
Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also provided for your use.
You must be at least 30 years old to rent this home. If all guests are adults, all guests must be over the age of 30, excluding families.

Neighborhood Notes:
Mission Beach is San Diego's lively take on the classic boardwalk beach town with over five miles of waterfront boardwalk, trendy shops, restaurants, and Belmont Park, a beachfront amusement park featuring the historic Giant Dipper Roller Coaster, originally built in 1925 but since restored, miniature golf, bumper cars, rock climbing, and an arcade. Mission Beach is just a few minutes to Sea World, 15-20 minutes to The San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, San Diego International Airport (SAN), and downtown San Diego.

This rental is located in a high-density neighborhood of Central Mission Beach with strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter groups. No tolerance policy exists for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, smoking, or pets. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Don't forget to report any damages, issues, or upgrade suggestions—we truly value your feedback! Check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless a late check-out was pre-approved. We had a great 10 day stay. This house was in a great location and had everything we needed. The setup was perfect for our family of four with two young adult children - big beds and bathrooms for them to enjoy their space. We took full advantage of the grill and patio space daily. Kitchen had everything we needed literally didn’t wish for a thing from home and my husband is picky about his kitchen supplies and setup. Garage had everything we needed for great long days at the beach. They thought of everything inside and out!!

House was amazing. Fully stocked to make our stay comfortable. The cozy outdoor blankets were a charming touch. The beach chairs, blankets and toys provided for use was very nice. The fireplace in the bedroom living room made allowed for ocean sounds and warm and cozy evenings. The attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed. The rental service was quick to respond when we had a pilot light issue and someone came out quickly to help us which was very appreciative.

Great Beachfront property

Right on the boardwalk and so close to the surf. Very easy to bop out for fun. Belmont park commercial area is about a 7 minute walk away but property feels private due to its landscaping. Garage is tight for our Hyundai Kona so take care!

Beautiful home with amazing patio right on the Boardwalk

The condo is beautiful and very comfortable. We especially loved that there were throw blankets to cover up with on the chilly nights. The patio is the perfect place for lots of people watching and relaxing. The garage is a tight fit, but it is like that at all places in the area. Space is a premium! We had our adult children with us for a family vacation and it was plenty of room for five adults. They appreciated that they each had their own bathroom. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home! I'm getting ready to book it again for next year!

Perfect location!

This location cannot be beat! We woke up to sounds of the waves every morning and walked onto the beach whenever we wanted. We also rented bikes during our stay and rode everywhere in Mission and Pacific Beach. The house also had all the supplies we needed, including beach necessities! We will definitely rent this house again!

Beautiful property with all the conveniences of home.

We loved this property. We have stayed in several VRBOs on Mission Beach and this was by far our favorite. We love the proximity to Belmont and Seaworld. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Location, Very Nice Condo

The condo was gorgeous and amenities were solid. The only thing we lacked were towels for all guests and it was a bummer the outdoor BBQ wasn’t operational. We especially appreciated the beach items available for use. Our visit happened to be during concerns of flooding, so the management company was on top of sandbagging, etc. We did have water enter the patio door a bit, as well as the ceiling leaking water in the bunkbed room but was addressed promptly. Despite those things beyond the owner’s control- we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Overall we were very happy with our choice! The beach view was amazing and the boardwalk provided lots of entertainment just people watching from the patio.

The best yet

We absolutely loved our stay. They had everything we needed. It was spacious and beautiful. The location was perfect. We love to be walking distance from Belmont park so we can go often. Our patio was so awesome. We sat out there often, day and night, enjoying the fire pit at night. The communication was amazing. They responded within minutes and were very accommodating. The only two issues were having to reset the dryer often and the random fish smell. However, again, the company had great communication. They had the city check the sewers and they were fine. They were willing to bring out an air purifier, but the smell wasn’t that bad so we denied the need. It was a perfect visit and we will book this house again.
