If water sports are more your style you are literally just a five minute walk from the ocean water (and even closer to Mission Point Beach at Mariners Cove, bay side) were you can enjoy, surfing, paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming, and even kite sailing or surfing. There are also 8-10 city owned volleyball courts just a short walk away to enjoy one of San Diego's beloved beach sports.

If you like the thrills of a roller coaster try Belmont Park for fun, games, and the famous all wood Giant Dipper built in 1925 and recently remodeled. Belmont Park is just up the street at the corner of South Mission Beach Blvd and West Mission Bay Drive. A 10 min bike ride or 20 minute walk on the board walk.

World Class amusement park, Sea World is only a 5 minute drive from the condo. Adults and kids alike will love the live animal exhibits and thrill rides. Stay for the fireworks or take a 5 minute walk from the condo to Mission Point Beach and watch them from there.

Should you be flying in, the San Diego International Airport is only a 20 minute drive from the condo with Uber or Taxi service readily available.
