We have parking spaces available for reservation in the buildings lot. The costs are $20 per night. Due to limited spaces, parking is available on a first come, first serve basis. We cannot guarantee parking, so please inquire about our availability prior to booking if this is a requirement for you. We can also provide recommendations to other nearby lots upon request! The property is very "Uberable" and is rated with a walking score of 96/100 by "Walk Score".

- If you book within 24 hours of check in, please note that we may not be able to guarantee a 4pm check-in depending on our cleaning team’s schedule and if there is a same-day turnover (it may be delayed up to 6 pm). Please check with us after booking to confirm your check in time.

- As our property is located in downtown San Diego, it's important for guests to be aware that they may witness the presence of the cities homeless population, as well as occasional noise from traffic and construction.
