This three-story townhome is located in the heart of Bankers Hill and is directly across from the iconic Balboa Park, with its stunning gardens, multiple museums, and the world famous San Diego Zoo. If you are looking for convenience and style, or just relaxation, welcome to the historic, upscale Bankers Hill, a central location containing farm-to-table restaurants, trendy sushi options, a neighborhood brew pub, and a reservation-only speakeasy. This townhome is also a less than fifteen minute walk to Little Italy, a lively neighborhood known for patio cafes, dozens of renowned restaurants, pubs, ice cream parlors, and galleries.
At this stylish townhome, you are also a short 5 to 10 minute car ride to downtown, Petco Park, the famous Gaslamp Quarter, San Diego Zoo, Bayfront Park, San Diego Convention Center, Seaport Village, Cruise Ship Terminal, and Old Town, just to name a few attractions. While many guests enjoy the proximity to downtown, Balboa Park, and the waterfront, those seeking a completely quiet, secluded retreat may prefer a different location. We always want guests to have the best stay possible, so please keep this in mind when booking.

While no one lives on-site 24/7, weâre just a message away đ© and always happy to help if anything comes up.
