Welcome to our new modern waterfront house (no shared walls!) complete with 2 levels, 2 spacious outdoor areas, and ~3,000sf of indoor/outdoor living! Other highlights of this high tech 2br + 2.5ba offering include automatic window shade & ceiling fan controls, Tesla charger, relaxing massage table, A/C, top of the line Wolfe & Subzero appliances, ground level patio with built in BBQ & fire pit, separate upper level sun deck, gorgeous polished concrete floors, folding accordion patio doors, high ceilings, 4 parking, 2 dogs ok (unfortunately no cats) & sleeps 8 (6 adults max).

1ST LEVEL (main living area + patio + half bath)
Prepare to be wowed as you enter this open & spacious modern house located on the bay in the heart of Mission Beach. This spacious, light & bright house encompasses nearly 3,000sf of interior & exterior space & over 30' of unobstructed water frontage.

The main living area is completely open with no walls separating the kitchen, dining, & living room. High open beam ceilings & a wall of folding glass patio accordion doors surround this space & leads to a wonderful bayfront patio (see Outdoor Features below). 2 modern fold-out leather sofa beds surround a huge SMART TV. There's a separate dining area that looks out to beautiful blue water views, as well as a 2nd 2 person table seating. For you cooks, we have you covered with top of the line appliances including Subzero refrigerator & Wolfe brand oven & microwave. The kitchen is outfitted with gorgeous concrete countertops, lots of cabinet space, brick backsplash, & oversized island + bar seating with views out to the living room + dining room + bay.

Rounding out this level is a half bath & convenient direct access to your 2 car side x side garage with washer/dryer.

2ND LEVEL (2br + 2ba + expansive sun deck)
A set of modern wide stairway brings you to the second level, highlighted by our huge master retreat. This is the perfect space to wake up to sunrises & water views from the comfort of your own bed. Includes a queen bed, SMART TV (app functions only, no cable), and a line of windows with easy automatic window shades! Also this space has exclusive access to your very own expansive rooftop sun deck with seating & built in lighting
 a romantic spot for enjoying a glass of wine overlooking the bay! You'll love the ensuite bath, with dual vanities & concrete countertops, modern sinks & walk-in surround shower. Bedroom #2 also has a queen bed & its own ensuite bath with combo tub/shower.

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
‱ GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
‱ OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
‱ NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.

Excellent location-right on the bay and a short walk to the beach. We had a suburban with a cargo carrier on the hitch- outdoor parking spot worked great and was one of the largest spots that I noticed compared to other homes. Just FYI, the two sofa beds downstairs are not traditional sofa beds and the back simply lies down flat to create somewhat of a bed. Plenty of sheets and several blow up beds in the closets so it all worked out. Overall, I'd definitely stay here again!

Waterfront Beauty

Home was in a great quiet location on the sand with nice furnishings and amenities. Rental is advertised as having top of the line appliances, which it does. However the dishwasher was unplugged and inoperable from the beginning of our stay and remained inoperable for the 2 weeks we were there. There was also an issue with the exterior folding glass doors that did not get fixed in our stay. Despite these inconveniences we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful house & location

We enjoyed our family holiday at this beautiful home. 4 adults & 2 children ages 3 & 5. Perfect location. The home was nicely stocked, the only item we needed was linens and blankets for the Air bed. Great to park in the garage and the location was close to everything. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect stay

Fantastic home. 2 br 2.5 bath. 2 car garage Great decks off first floor main room and upstairs primary bedroom. Location right on Mission Bay with great view of moored boats. Couple of blocks to the ocean. Restaurants within walking distance. Home has been nicely updated with nice amenities. Definitely recommend.

Perfect family vacation spot

This house was the setting of our amazing beach vacation. The house has it all....beautiful views of the bay, clean open space, amazing rooftop deck, top of the line kitchen appliances, and central location for easy walking to Belmont Park and Mission Beach. We will definitely be coming back!

We have visited Mission Beach for 5 straight summers and stayed in different condos each time searching for the perfect one for our needs as an older couple. This is it! My wife any I spent a month here in the winter of 2023. The house was open and modern, and it had everything we could ever want, including high-end appliances, fire pit, and beautiful views. The location was great—right on the boardwalk & beach, walking distance to restaurants, and easy access to all of SD. We would absolutely stay here again!

Best place on the bay

We celebrated a birthday at this property and it would be our first choice if/when we go back. The views were amazing, especially the roof. The rooms were spacious, the patio has perfect views of fireworks at Sea World. Easy walk to coffee, food, and the beach. The house was clean and it felt like vacation home. Perfect place if you have younger children with the calmer water and friendly people walking by.
