SUMMARY
Welcome to this modern 2 Level studio loft home located in the heart of the vibrant Little Italy neighborhood of Downtown San Diego. Designed for modern, urban living by award winning architect & developer Jonathan Segal, this offering features tall ceilings with oversized windows offering lots of natural light. Other features include a living room with SMART TV, kitchen, King bed, sleeper sofa, 1 twin cot & A/C. 1 dog ok (unfortunately no cats); maximum occupancy 6 (4 adults max). *NOTE - NO reserved parking.
THE SPACE
As you step into this modern urban retreat, you'll be greeted by floor to ceiling windows & soaring ceilings. The living room features a plush sleeper sofa & SMART TV. The open floor plan is seamless as you can see the dining area, and the fully stocked kitchen features high end stainless steel appliances. Just off the kitchen is the back deck. Rounding out this space is a half bath.
A set of stairs will lead you to the upper level open bedroom loft (*no door off this area), with a luxurious king bed, smart TV, desk space and a private patio which has a seating area and washer/dryer. Rounding out the home is a full bath (enclosed shower) and dual vanity sinks. In addition to the bed and sleeper sofa, there is 1 twin size rollaway cot.
PARKING
THERE IS NO PARKING ONSITE. However, across the street is a paid parking lot & overnight street parking is permitted, please abide by street sweeping signs.
THE PROJECT
Kettner Row consists of 16 row homes built by aware winning architect & developer Jonathan Segal & is located on a beautiful tree lined street in the vibrant Little Italy neighborhood of Downtown San Diego. Each home has their own exclusive entry with a shared courtyard. These row homes are similar to lofts with added benefits of privacy, open spaces, & individual entries.
LOCATION, DINING, ACTIVITIES
Little Italy hangs over India Street, which located just 1 block from our home! This area is alive with award winning local restaurants, alfresco cafés, craft breweries, & boutique shops, influenced by Italian culture. We are also just 2 blocks from the San Diego Bay & Harbor, Maritime Museum, WWII USS Midway Museum, and Seaport Village! Just 1 block away, there is a Trolley that goes throughout San Diego including the baseball park, downtown, the border, and also to the shops in Fashion Valley.
For activities, the neighborhood hosts a variety of festivals, including ArtWalk, Festa, & the weekly Little Italy Farmer's Market (every Saturday). Head a few blocks south to the Gaslamp Quarter, San Diego's bustling downtown neighborhood with locally-owned eateries and lively nightlife venues.
A food-lovers paradise! Easy walk to some of the best dining in all of San Diego! Waterfront Bar & Grill and the Brigantine is a great casual place for all ages. For upscale Italian, try Buon Apetito. Steakhouse we recommend Born and Raised. Or for a nationally acclaimed restaurant try Juniper and Ivy, a modern American eatery. All within walking distance!!!
POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
âą Guest Requirements | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30 (exceptions made for multigenerational families).
âą Occupancy | Maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (i.e. includes both overnight guests & non-overnight visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
âą Noise | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
âą Combination Listings | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve an approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.
