Welcome to our recently renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom duplex nestled in the heart of South Park, San Diego - individually climate controlled with mini-splits for heating and cooling in every room! This charming retreat seamlessly blends modern amenities with cozy farmhouse decor, providing you with a comfortable and inviting stay. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place, and enjoy many restaurants and shops within a short walk.

The Space:
This modern duplex is nestled in the vibrant South Park neighborhood of San Diego. South Park is a hidden gem known for its picturesque tree-lined streets, historic charm, and a lively community spirit.

This unit features a dedicated workspace, making it an ideal choice for remote workers and digital nomads seeking a productive environment. For your convenience, the lamps and one bedside table are equipped with USB charging ports, making it easy to keep your devices powered up.

Stay cool and comfortable with individual mini-split air conditioning in kitchen/living room and both bedrooms, as well as ceiling fans throughout, and stay connected with high-speed WiFi. With a queen bed in one bedroom and a full bed in the other, our space accommodates up to 4 guests.

This cute & clean home was located in a fantastic neighborhood. It was perfect for me & my son as a home base from which to explore all the San Diego area has to offer. We loved the South Park neighborhood and walked to local restaurants, a grocery store and shops. We used ride share to get to everything else. We appreciated the host’s recommendations; especially La Jolla Cove where we spent a fantastic day.

The house was in a great location, walkable neighborhood and lots of food choices. It is in the flight pattern for the airport and the steps up to the house were a little more challenging for an older couple with suitcases. Additionally, although we were asked to honor quiet time, the neighbors woke us up two nights in a row at 2:00 in the morning. Excellent communication with owners and easy check in/check out.

Everything was fantastic! The home was just as described and pictured online. The location was great, street parking was fairly easy, and there was even a pack and play for my young toddler to use. The host sent all information in advance with great recommendations for activities and restaurants. We also appreciated the intuitive passcode.

Great place to stay, with some flaws. It is not as big as the pictures make it appear. As a photographer, I attribute this to skilled photography. The neighborhood is great! My wife commented about all the women of ALL ages that we would see on the streets at any time of day or night - meaning it's a very safe neighborhood. The kitchen is made for one person, as is the bathroom. There is very good cross-ventilation via the windows. Beds are comfortable, but doubles, not queens. With my ancient knees it was a little difficult climbing the stairs from the street. Ceiling fans provide good cooling so AC was hardly needed. Since it isn't my favorite SD VRBO in this price range, I can't give it a 10.

Great location, clean and quiet house.

The location of the property is great for a family of 4. The neighborhood is very walkable with a park a block away, and multiple restaurants and coffee shops. The house felt very clean and comfortable and the owners worked with us when we had to move our check in dates around. The house is minutes away from most San Diego tourist attractions which was very convenient for us. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Cozy spot on a fantastic neighborhood.

Perfect for our family of four. Easy drive to Balboa Park. Walking distance to several restraints. We especially enjoyed walking to the Big Kitchen Cafe for breakfast. The neighborhood was beautiful and peaceful.The house itself was small, but has all the amenities needed for a short or long stay. Perfect for a launching point for sightseeing and day trips.
