While you’re in the heart of the action, the condo sits in a quiet, peaceful pocket so you can truly unwind.



Inside, the space is a chef’s dream. While compact, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare a gourmet meal, featuring premium All-Clad cookware, Henckel knives, and Crate & Barrel dinnerware. Regarding Parking: Please do not park in the small lot in front of our complex. Those spots are reserved for tenants who do not have a garage space. Also, the parking lot across the street is now closed and does not allow overnight parking.



Please Note: We have a minimum age requirement of 25 years old for all primary renters.
